Author's note: This chapter/part takes place immediately after Aerith's death scene. But this is an alternative universe of what took place. And I think all of you agree with me. Cloud and the rest of his party barely make it in time to safe Aerith's life. Tifa rushes over to Aerith and whisks her away from the area to safety. After that, they retreat to a safe haven, an abandoned building, to treat Aerith's wounds. Please enjoy this fanfiction story of Aerith living at the end of Final Fantasy 7 original and remake.

Tifa's P.O.V
I can't believe it!! No!! Aerith!! I can't lose her now, not after everything we've been through together!! I'm in love with her!! Hang on Aerith!! I'm coming!! I thought as I ran as fast as I possibly could. I reach Aerith as she coughs up blood from her mouth.
Me: "We need to get her the fuck out of here!! I have to save her!!"
Cloud: "I'm working on it, Tifa!!"
Barret, Cloud and Yuffie fight off Sephiroth as I pick Aerith up bridal style. I ran as fast and as carefully as I could for Aerith's sake. Soon, I hear Cloud's, Yuffie's and Barret's boots behind me. I reach an abandoned building far away. I gently placed Aerith on a table nearby. I gently lift and move loose strands of hair from her face. I gently pressed against her injury from Sephiroth. Aerith groans in terrible pain.
Me: "I need water, disinfectant, bandages and some kind of string to close the wound. I trained myself up whenever we stopped in towns or cities on the way here. I met up with the locals doctors, I got trained by them as much as I possibly could. But either way, find a professional doctor. Now!! We need to save Aerith!!"
Cloud, Barrett and Yuffie all nod to me and left to get me the supplies and help I needed. Barrett leaves to go get the doctor while Cloud and Yuffie searched the abandoned building we are inside of. Now that we are alone, I can finally show and tell you how much I love you, Aerith! I thought. I asked Aerith to look at means she does.
Aerith: "I'm....I'm so sorry. I'm....I'm making you worry....about me, aren't I?"
Me: "No it's fine, Aerith. I love you! I love you so much!! Please don't leave me!!"
Aerith lifts her left weakly and gently pressed it against my face as I cried heavily.
Aerith: "I....I wasn't.... planning on it. I....I love you too, Tifa!"
I leaned forward and captured Aerith's lips. She weakly kisses me back as I kissed her.
