The whole ride was in silence. No one utters the single word. He is only driving because his mind was in something, he wants to know about her. Why she react like this much scared from his touch only.
She is only looking out of the window lost in her thoughts. Her thoughts intrupted by a sudden brake showing that they have arrived.
She looked at him who is already out of the car and engrossed in a call. Slowly she opened the car door and stepped out. She looked at her surroundings. There was a big mansion and so many people going inside.
Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulders. She trembled because of a sudden touch. She looked back and for her releive she was her mother in law.
"Where is Veer, beta. Is he left you here" she asked concern was on her face.
"Um... He got a call so he went to attend it" Aashvi said looking at where Veer was but now he was not there.
"Okk. Koi baat nhi chalo andar chalte hai" she said and take Aashvi with her.
As she came inside her heartbeat increased because there were so many people and she doesn't go mainly in crowded area because of fear.
She looked at Anika ji who was standing beside her talking to some ladies.
"Meet with my daughter in law, Aashvi" Anika ji said with a smile and the ladies looked at her with a smile.
Aashvi also greeted them with a nervous smile on her face.
"You got a very beautiful daughter in law. I wish she has a sister like her. I will bound her with my son" one of the lady said with a laugh.
Anika ji also laughed at her words meanwhile our Aashvi is only blinking her eyes.
"No she is a single child" Anika ji said and the lady nodded at her reply. They again engrossed in their talks.
Aashvi was standing alone. Just then a waiter approached her with some cold drinks and juices.
Aashvi was also feeling bored and nervous so she take an orange juice glass and started sipping it.
Suddenly a man approached her and tap on her shoulders from back. She looked back and her breath stopped.
The glass of juice fell from her hand but no one noticed it because she is standing on a corner and everybody is engrossed in themselves.
She take two step back but he moved more towards her making her scared more. Beads of sweat began to appear on her forehead.
