2015, Stark Tower

We all star at the wreck of a roboter infront of us "Stark?", Steve asks "Jarvis?", the asked one asks "I'm sorry, I was asleep or I was a-dream", the roboter says "Reboot Legionnaire OS. We got a buggy suit. "There was this terrible noise. And I was tangled in...in...Strings. I had to kill the kther guy. He was a good guy" "You killed someone", Steve raises his eyebrow "Wouldn't have been my first call. But, down in the real world, we're faced with ugly choices" "Who sent you?" "I see a suit of armour around the world" Tony's voice plays from the roboter and I look at him confused "Ultron", Bruce says "In the flesh. Or, no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready"

While he speaks I silently unclick the safety of my gun and let my dagger slide into my hand, my eyes dart to Maria who also unclicks her gun "I'm on mission", Ultron continues as Maria stands up "What mission", Natasha asks, we all are ready to fight "Peace in our time", he says and suddenly iron robots crash through the glass and attack us, in a matter of a second I sprint to Doctor Cho and stand infront of her protecting her, bullets firing at the flying iron legions.

Something hits me in the side and I get catapulted into a downer level of the room "Fuck", I curse and sprint to the stairs, I feel something warm running down my side. Blood. Broken glass is in between my rips but I don't care. I jump onto one of the robots and cut the wires and strings at its head, then shoting a bullet into the system. It crashes on the ground and I land on my feet, hissing as the glass goes deeper in my side "Thank god I didn't choose the dress".

Where's Doctor Cho? My eyes dart around seeing her behind a piano, a iron legion at her feet. I sprint over as Steve jumps on it and Thor destroys it with Mjolnir. Clint throws Caps shield over, which then slices the last robot. Silence.

"That was dramatic. I'm sorry, I know you mean well. You just didn't think it through. You want to protect the world but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to evolve?", Ultron picks up a destroyed Iron Legion, "with these? These puppets.", then throws it away, "There's only one path to peace. The Avengers extinction.", Thors hammer flies into Ultrons body and breaks him, then the hammer flies back to Thor.

"I had strings, but now I'm free.", the robot says before shutting down.

We all stand in Tony's lab and discuss about the situation, well I sit on the sickbed, where Clint laid not so long ago, doors open so I can atleast hear abit of the conversation. Tweezers, alcohol and bandages in my hand I start pulling out the small pieces of the glass in my side.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other.", Nat speaks up from infront of the door. "He's in your files, be's in the internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?", Rhodey asks "Nuclear codes", Maria and I say at the same time, "Nuclear codes", he repeats, "Look we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead." "He didn't say 'dead'. He said 'extinct'", Steve corrects her "Bad time for remarking, that I am actually not an Avenger?" "Yes", I nod at Clints answer as I finish bandaging my waist "He also said he killed somebody", Clint continues "There wasn't anyone else in the building", Maria tells us "Yes, there was", Tony says and a hologramm of the broken Jarvis appears.

I sit up from the sickbed and slowly walk over to the Hologramm, it looks so horrible "What?", Bruce mutters as he stares down onto the leftover pieces from Jarvis, "This is insane" "Jarvis was the first line of defense. He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense.", Steve says, "No. Ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy. This is", Bruce stops, "Rage", I say and end his sentence.

Suddenly Thor walks in and grab Tony by the throat "It's going around", Clint states as Thor lifts Tony "Come on, use your words, buddy" "Thor let him down", I walk over to them but Nat grabs my wrist to stop me. "I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark" "Thor. The Legionnaire.", Steve kinda saves Tony with this as Thor let him fall to the floor "Trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again." "Last time worked, didn't it? Oh right Clint got shot", I say and grin at Clint as I mouth the words 'Skill issue', he just flips me off.

"Genie's out of that bottle", Nat states, "Clear and present is Ultron" "I don't understand", Doctor Cho speaks up and I turn to her, "You build this program. Why is it trying to kill us", Tony turns around and starts chuckling "Oh wow, he's going insane", I mutter an sit into one of the many chairs while pinching the bridge of my nose.

"You think this is funny", Thor asks, clearly mad "No. It's probably not, right? This is very terrible. Is it so..", he stops and starts laughing. Fucking hell I am personally driving this man into the mental clinic. "Is it so...It is. It's so terrible", he continues, "This could have been avoided if you hadn't played with something you don't understand." "No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It is funny", Tony interrupts, "It's a hoot that you don't get why we need this." Oh man Tony's digging himself deeper and deeper.

"Tony, maybe this might not be the time", Bruce tries to calm the situation, "Really? That's it? You just roll over, show your belly every time somebody snarls?", Tony asks him mockingly "Only when I've created a murder bot.", Bruce shots back and I hold back a small chuckle. Creative one.

"We didn't. We weren't even close. Were we close to an interface?" "Well you did something right. And you did it right here. The Avengers were supposed to be different than S.H.I.E.L.D.", Steve interupts. "Anybody remember when I carried a nuke through a wormhole?" "No, shut up", I yell from my place as Rhodey does something like this "A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in Space. We're standing 300 feet below it. We're the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all the livelong day, but that up there, that's...Thats the endgame", Tony pauses, quiet a speach if you ask me.

"How were you planning on beating that?", he then asks "Together" "We'll lose" "Then we'll do that together, too" "well that was motivating, thanks fossil, Stark", I say quietly and deadpan, I feel Steve shot me a look and I grin.

"Thor's right. Ultron's calling us out. And I'd like to find him before he's ready for us. The world's a big place. Let's start making it smaller.", Cap says. The next hours they work on trying to find Ultron, I sit in my room packing the few things I took with me from South Korea, Doctor Cho and I are flying back, labwork's waiting.

Three hours later I said goodbye to Thor, Clint and Nat before Cho and I boared the jet, which took off to Korea.

And this was Chapter 3, Pietro's gonna meet the dear Nabi in the next chapter so be ready. To Caps and Nabi's relationship isn't much to say, they're friends, teasing each other often and this stuff, she was one of the first person he had contact with after he came out of the ice so he knows her the longest, aswell as Natasha and Fury.
