It was a cold morning in October just like every other except one thing. Isabella was finally allowed to go out of the hospital wing. Fred, George and Isabella were sitting in the common room around the fire place trying to use up the time they had because Proffesor Lupin was appereantly sick again. Isabella had her head on Freds lap while he ran his fingers through her hair. (i dont know why i think its so cute when they lay/sit like that🥹🥹)

˝I asked Angelina if she would go to the dance with me˝ George blurted out. ˝What?˝ Fred and Isabella both said at the same time shocked. ˝She said yes˝ George smiled. ˝Congrats˝ Isabella said returning the smile. There was a moment of silence before George broke it ˝Issy do you have a date to the dance yet?˝

˝Nope˝ she answered.

Fred noticed her shivering so he grabbed a blanket that was next to them and covered her with it. ˝thank you Freddie˝ Isabella smiled trying to hide her smile. She couldn't help but feel butterflies in her stomach when she was having this kind of interactions with Fred. ˝No problem love˝ Fred returned the smile and continued running his fingers through her hair. ˝You two should just go to the dance together˝ George smirked. they both looked at him and stayed silent but George bursted out laughing.

˝What are you laughing at?˝ Harry asked confused as he, Hermione and Ron sat down at the couches. ˝Nothing˝ George said still laughing. ˝Mione do you have a date to the dance yet?˝ Isabella asked her friend Hermione. ˝We will all go together as friends˝ Ron cut her off. Hermione looked at Isabella with a weird look that she couldnt quite understand but she knew that it wasnt good so she just made a reminder in her brain to ask Hermione later. ˝Dont you guys have class now?˝ Ron asked confused. Isabella quickly stood up and looked at the clock. ˝shit.˝ They all ran to their potions class but Snape still counted them as late and gave them detention.

*time skips*

George had to help Snape in his office while Fred and Isabella had to help Filch with cleaning the potions classroom. ˝Wanna get out of here?˝ Fred whispered to Isabella. ˝How?˝ she whispered back. Fred took some weird looking orange liquid and unnoticeably poured it into Filchs drink that was on the table. Over sometime Filch drank it and quickly ran to the bathroom. ˝that's going to keep him there for a while˝ Fred smirked and grabbed Isabella's hand as they ran out of the classroom laughing.

They stopped after sometime to get a hold of their breath because they were laughing so hard. ˝what did you put in him drink?˝ Isabella siad between laughters. ˝an invetion by George and Fred Weasley˝ Fred smirked but Isabella just shook her head. ˝where do you wanna go now?˝ Isabella asked. ˝i may know a spot˝ Fred smirk grew bigger as he grabbed her hand once again and ran. Isabella ran behind him until they reached the top of the astronomy tower. They both sat down on the edge of the tower, their legs hanging low. ˝well that was fun˝ Isabella chuckled and Fred did with her.

Fred looked more nervous than usual and that was probably because he was never nervous. He was always sure of himself but now it looked like he was... scared.

˝listen Bella... I was planning on asking you something for quite sometime. i understand if you say no but would you maybe want to go to the dance with me? as friends of course˝ Fred asked nervously. Isabella smile and squeezed his hand ˝i would love to.˝ A smiled appered on Freds face as he put an arm around her and moved her closer to him. They chatted together about random things until till it was already dark and cold outside.

˝you cold?˝ fred asked concern. ˝just a little˝ Isabella forced a little smile. ˝here˝ Fred took of his F hoodie that his mom made for him as a christmas present last year and gave it to Isabella. She put it on her and thanked him. ˝no problem love˝ Fred smirked.

˝what˝ she asked him confused. ˝you look good in my clothes˝ freds smirk became bigger.
