Chapter 3 - safe

It was the next morning and I was so happy that my class in the afternoon because that essay felt like years to write I think I need 20 more granny naps

Maddy had already left for her lecture so I decided to do do a bit of cleaning ( ewww )

After some productive cleaning I checked the time and it was 1pm so decided to get ready for my lecture. I decided to wear my leather jacket with a long sleeved crop paired with some baggy jeans and converses. 'hot' I said admiring the fit in the mirror.

I grabbed my shot and went for a quick walk around campus before my lecture.

I was looking down at my phone when all of a sudden I got knocked the fuck out I looked up and saw miss black. 'Oh shit she looks pissed' I thought to myself

'I'm so so sorry' I said she smirked as I was gathering my things and Getting up

'Watch where ur going darling try not looking at your phone when walking' she replied in a teasing and sarcastic manner

Butterflies filed my stomach. darling are you fucking serious this women is going to kill me off

'Have u decided if ur going to apply for my t.a position' she questioned

'Um yea I actually wrote the essay last night' I replied in an uncertain tone

'Good well send it over and I'll take a look' she replied in her usual demanding tone

'Ok bye professor' I walked away quickly not wanting to risk being shouted at for god knows what that woman has issues.

I finally arrived at my lecture and find a seat.

The lecture was finally over and I was ready to go back to my dorm to get ready for the netball trials.

After I had got changed I slicked back my hair and popped it in a tight bun and made my way over to the sports centre.

I signed myself in and was put into positions I was hoping to be in goal defence or centre.

After an hour and a half of trials they finally announced the teams, I was put on the first out of 8 teams as goal defence. I was over the moon, then something caught my eye up on the viewing section of the hall was missing black I look over at holly she was one of my teammates.

'Is miss black always here?' I asked

'Oh you might want to get used to that she's one of the sports monitors they make sure the girls are in line my guess is that she came to see the new teams in action'. she said confidently but in a friendly manner

'Oh okay' I replied while looking up again. This time she had a slight smirk on her face while making strong contact with me. I don't know why she makes me so nervous.

I strolled back home after the trials and took a nice long shower.

Me and Maddy then sat down on our sofa and debriefed our days. With Maddy I felt

Safe.
