Marceline POV 💜
In the lobby of the Tipton hotel where my uncle Marion worked as the hotel manager and my mom worked as Mr. Tipton assistant I was doing my homework since I always do it cause i was always a studious girl hair glasses on up legs crossed book in my lap when I see the twins Zack and Cody and their mom Carey who got a job as a singer in the lounge where my older sister Elina works as hostess and Carey had an amazing voice.
"Mom! Why can't you drive us to the playground" Cody asked his mom
"Because I have to rehearse new choreography for my next show." She told him
"Mr Moseby thinks I need some younger moves." As she tried to dance hiply I looked down shocked she needs a real professional I thought doing my homework
"What do you think?" She asked
"I think you should never do that in public."
"Or in private."
"Why don't you guys invite over some friends from school?"
"That's a great idea." Said Cody sarcastic
"Too bad. We don't have any. Nobody ever likes new kids."
"Why not Marceline." I heard her say
"She's always around."
"No way, she's Mr. Moseby niece!?"
"Yeah she's off limits Mr. Moseby doesn't even like her near us." That's true he always thinks their trouble
"Come here." She told them
"You'll make friends soon." She kissed both their heads
"We're here to stay now."
"Not if you use those moves." He micis his mom's moves and backs up to the table I gaps when he bumps into the table almost breaking the vase lucky Esteban grab it just in time
"Impressive catch, Esteban"
"If you though that was impressive Mr. Moseby. Watch this." He flips it in the air worrying my uncle
"Ooh!" But he got it again as Esteban held it against his ear
"Oh I can hear the ocean"
"Let me hear. I wanna hear!" Said the twins wanting to hold the vase. At school it was the end of the day I was outside by the bleachers sitting down with Max and Tapeworm
"So Marceline got some of your mom's snacks?" Said tapeworm him and Max really liked my mom food
"Yeah I do here." I hand him and Max one when I heard the twins by us
"Cody, check it out. It's the Drew crew. Yo, Drew. What up, dawg?" I rolled my eyes ugh I always never liked them egos
"Ha! hey, look, it's the clones." They called them making fun of them
"did you hear that? The drew crew just mocked us!"
"Woo-hoo! we're in." Cody said sarcastically
"The drew crew will never accept you. Don't beat your head against a wall."
"Even though it feels good sometimes." I looked at him confused but shook my head knowing he was always blurting things out
"I'm Max, by the way. She's Marceline. And this is tapeworm."
"What kind of name is that?"
"The kind you get when you eat 20 hot dogs in less than minutes." I tell them having seen him do it
