Ok so I found out said cats name is Frank and belongs to the next door neighbors. I drew him! Awe I sat outside for like, half an hour just letting him. c: He was so snuggly!!! I'll have to post more picture of him.
There was this tuft of hair that was sticking up so I drew that.
