On the 12th hour of October 1st, 1989, all around the world a green beam could be seen for miles. Nobody knew what caused this strange occurrence, only that it disappeared as soon as it as it was seen. Over the week people began to inhabit certain attributes, whether it be physical, mental, or emitter types. These attributes are the main source of power and are they started to call "quirks".
