The bell chimed at first period at Westwoods high school. Nicholas just managed to make it into class in time. As the class chattered along Nicholas scanned the room to find his friend
"Hey Nick hows it going" Said his close friend William,
"Ehh im going well"
"Thats great, Hey do you have a sharpener with you" Replied William
"Yeah right here" Replied Nick, as he slowly opened his pencil case and gave William his sharpener
A few minutes pass by and recess had already begun, Nick usually sat alone as his only friend William usually played with the other boys. Nick never got bullied much but he wasnt very famous as well, Just a loner.
While he sat down on his computer near the only functioning outlet in the high school watching the latest episode of TPOT on his computer which was for some reason unblocked in the school Wi-Fi.
Suddenly....
A blonde boy carrying a rugby ball runs along and then trips on Nicks legs which were stretched out.
"WATCH IT YA NUTJOB" shouted the boy after falling over now with a newly formed bruise on his eye
"OH MY GOODNESS IM SORRY" Replied Nick quickly
"CHRIST I THINK THE BONES BROKEN" Said the boy
"ILL TAKE YOU DOWN TO THE NURSES OFFICE I THINK THEY GOT ICE THERE"
A few minutes later the Blonde boy is sitting in the nurses office with a large packet of ice over the bruise on his eye.
Nicholas then came into the door holding a small lemon bar which was going to be his recess for the day.
"Here ya go you can have this"
"Whats this?" Said the boy
"Its a Lemon bar" Replied Nicholas
"I hope this makes you feel better"
"Heh, thanks" Replied the boy
"Im Nicholas whats your name?"
"Oh my name is Charles"
Charles picks up a small metal fork that Nicholas gave him to eat the Lemon Bar.
"Yknow i really gotta thank ya for helping me"
"Ehh dont mention it, Speaking off why were you running so fast in the first place" Asked nick
"I get teasted by theese group of women, THEY ALWAYS DAMN ANNOY ME, they always try to make fun of me in public, They tried to steel my football"
"Well i tell ya dont let them get to your head alr thats how bullies get to ya" Replied Nicholas
"Do you think you can make it to second period?" Asked Nick calmly
"Yeah i think i can" Replied Charles
Nicholas then slowly guided Charles out of the nurses office
Just then a teenage girl wearing an ungodly amount of makeup came up
"hey there you little bastard wheres the ball" Said the woman
"Leave me alone cant you see im hurt" Replied Charles suddenly
"WAA WAA OH CHARLES GOT HIS EYE BRUISED WAA WAA" Said the woman mockingly
"OH WHY DONT YOU JUST F#$@ OFF YA LITTLE C%@!" Nick yelled out surprising the woman and the
The woman taken aback by Nicks outburst, She scoffed and then slowly walked away
"Nicholas that... thank you i never knew how to stand up to a person like that" Said Charles in a greatful tone
