Twas another day in the life of Nicholas. After he received the number of his new friend Charles and since school was off due to the dragon wrecking parts of the school rendering it unsafe for the time. Nicholas felt like it was time to get to know his new friend better
Nicholas grabs his phone and dials number of Charles
"Hey Charles" Nicholas said with a bright smiling face
"Hey Nicky~" Charles responded quickly
"We only known each other for one day and you already came up with a nickname for me?" Nicholas said with a slight blush
"I come up with nicknames for everyone i meet" Charles said with a slight chuckle in his voice
"Anyway, If i may ask who was that nutjob who tried stealing your ball?" Asked Nicholas with a slightly concerned tone
"Oh that was Katie, she has been a nuisance since KINDERGARTEN" Replied Charles
"KINDERGARTEN?" Said Nicholas in a shocked tone
"Yeah and she has been torturing me ever since" replied Charles
"Anyway where do you wanna meet up?" Nicholas asked in a slightly excited tone
"Theres a fish and chips shop near the train station" Charles said
"Alrighty then!" Nicholas replied happy
"By the way hows your bruised eye healing?"
"Oh yeah IT ALREADY HEALED believe it or not" Charles said
"HOW?? THATS IMPOSSIBLE?" Nicholas said surprised
"Well when i fought the dragon i actually had extreme internal bleeding so they had to take me to the hospital and due to advancements in technology and while they were fixing my organs they fixed my bruised eye aswell!"
"HOW DID THEY DO THIS ALL IN ONE DAY?" Nicholas asked in an incredibly shocked tone
"Pfft idunno they just can. Yknow if a dragon can break into a school on a random Monday then it isnt out of the question that someone can heal from surgery in less then 3 hours"
"OK yknow what this conversation is gonna keep going on forever, Anyway ill see you at the fish and chips shop Charles~" Said Nicholas
"See you later~" Charles responded
30 minutes later
Charles arrives at the Fish and Chips shop he then grabs his phone and calls Nicholas
"Hey Nicholas i have some cash on me should i order?" Said Charles
"Oh i brought money too i could order instead you dont have to-" Said Nicholas
"No i insist, After all i arrived here first" Charles replied
"Thats so kind of you Charles"
"Eyy its just basic human decency"
"Anyway i think i see the fish and chips shop now"
Charles looks outside and sees Nicholas waving to him at a distance
"Hey Charles" Nicholas says from across the other side of the road
"So did you order already?" Nicholas says as he slowly walks towards Charles
"Yup two fish and chippies for both of us" Charles responds
"Thanks Charles~" Nicholas says in a greatful tone
"Oh i forgot" Charles says softly
"I forgot to by drinks let me get them for you" Charles says as he walks to the cashier
