"Trust me I've gotten hit way worse in the past." THIS CAN IMPLY SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. And if you remember my other chapter , Cole says that fireball has some sort of background that led him to becoming violent. This can be a bad dad/mom, toxic friends, and/or bullies. Personality I think it's bullies and/or people having betrayed his trust in the past. He acts very defensive and has a wall built up to keep others out and he is aggressive toward people he doesn't know. Plus this can cause more JUCIEY ANGST with fireball and pound due to pound doing more switching with the voting, while fireball feels like Pound is betraying his trust.
