Chapter 1: The News

You wake up...you're in a hospital bed, you're so confused. You check the date. It's May 19, 2016. You get out of bed and go into the hall...a nurse grabs your shoulder and guides you back to your bed. She says "You're finally awake! You've been in a coma for 10 months! We thought you weren't gonna make it!" "What happened?" You ask the nurse. "You were in a car crash! A really bad one too..." She looks at the ground "You're parents didn't make it" You start to cry. "Your dad died from the impact and your mom died of traumatic injuries" you start to cry even more. "I'm sorry for your loss" the nurse says. You can't say anything, you can't feel. You can only cry and think about how much you love them. "On the bright side you've been adopted by another family" the nurse mentions. You cheer up a bit knowing that you won't be an orphan. You're still really sad that you've lost your parents. "I'll go get the doctor" the nurse says and walks out the door. You sit in the bed waiting for a few minutes. You remember something...Mark! Your face suddenly lights up at the thought. You scan the room and to your disappointment you don't see a computer or anything that you can access the internet. You frown and then the doctor walks in. "Hey! You're awake!" The doctor says "We just need to run a few tests" He takes your vital signs. "So?" The doctor says "how are you feeling?" "Good" you say "I'm a little sore though" the doctor takes off the blood pressure reader. "Well it looks like all of your vital signs are normal" the doctor mentions. He faces the nurse who's been in the room the whole time you just haven't noticed her. "I need to fill out some paper work, can you watch the patient please?" "Of course doctor" the nurse says. As the doctor walks out of the room you ask for some food. "Yes of course" says the nurse says "I will be right back" you wait until the nurse leaves. You get out of the bed and look everywhere for something to watch YouTube on. You see that the nurse left her phone and you grab it. You unlock it to see it doesn't have a password! You go onto the internet and then go to YouTube. You search up "Markiplier" and go onto his channel to see he hasn't posted for 5 months! You start to think, what happened to him...
