From Adrian's POV:

"The landlady forgot to payback her debts. So, in return I am favouring her to owe me her church" I told while letting out a big groan in frustration.

"But sir-" Liam spoke but I cut him off in the middle indicating him I ain't in the mood for a further conversation.

"We're going tomorrow. That's it" I ordered him. He nodded and left giving me some space to think.

~NEXT DAY~

From Reya's POV:

After all these years of pain and anguish, the only place to heal me is, THE CHURCH. The peacefulness is obviously what I need in my life.
But that left me years ago!

Mother Claire - A nun from the church. She is the one who had rescued me from my terrible past tragedic experience and helped me survive this cruel world by offering me a resident to live in the nearby nun's home.

She took care of me of like her own child despite leaving me to be a common child in the group. She always had a special heart for me as well I do.

Back to the earth from my imagination. I heard sounds of cars stopping outside the church which literally distracted my attention from praying.

I was patiently watching but the next second a lump of saliva was gulped by me. A lot of men dressed up in black almost appeared like some people who came to cause danger.

I joined the rest of the orphan kids who were standing in group with fear. Mother Claire with eyes dilated in shock approached someone with shaking legs and hands.

I never saw her this petrified. I peeped to get a glimpse of who he/she was. I was only wishing that he/she shouldn't be a Mafia or some goons who came to beat us.

?? : Miss.Claire you promised me to return the debt before 30th of the previous month but see the date it's obviously fifteen days beyond. I had given you enough time but I still didn't get a response.

Claire : Ad-adrian I-

Adrian : I don't want any of your excuses just surrender me something.

Claire : What?

Adrian : The Church.

It was inevitably clear that he was atheist. There was a sudden anger and fear running on me when he asked her to surrender the church. This was the only place for people like me who was abandoned.

This is far more like a home beyond a church. I heard the footsteps coming forward. I turned to follow the direction of the sound. There he was! Adrian whom I probably feel would be!

He was in black lavishing tuxedo! His top two buttons were unbuttoned. His hair flipped in side curls. He had a generic defined nose with chiseled shape face.

He looked so handsome with this athletic body shape. He was effortlessly handsome. If I am not wrong there would be thousands swooning over him. He would have a girlfriend if I am not wrong.

But why do I want to define his structure nor think about his relationship status? What's going on between me? Or is that my conscience? While I was thinking all of these I feel someone was gazing me.

I turned up to look at the ADRIAN who was staring at me with piercing eyes scanning me. Then his next words stunned me and caught me off guard.

"I don't want this church if you surrender this girl to me" He said with a smirk.

Everyone was ASTONISHED. While I stood there with eyes WIDE-OPEND not trusting this current incidents and believing it as DREAM.
