Chapter 8

Shopping was funny with Scott. I'm glad no one understood that he's stranger. I put a lot of make up for the hide it. But shopping is done. New clothes on and here we are..slowly swaying in ballroom like other couples.

Avi was on my view. I know what's gonna happen. He'll make a preach then everybody will turn to their own business and Avi will go after talking with some important people. He hates balls. Maybe it's because he never had a real partner for it. But right now I have bigger problems than Avi's love life. I have to talk with Avi.

Avi was walking down the hallway when I yelled his name. "Avi! "
He slowly turned to me. I couldn't read his face because it was blank. He's probably angry at me but I know how to melt him.

"I miss you so much brother!" I ran to him and hugged him tightly. I buried my face in his chest as he strokes my hair. I really missed him.

"You are forgiven." he said as looking into my eyes. I smile big and clear my throat as Scott comes closer to us. "I need to tell you something. Please promise me that you won't interrupt me and stay calm." he nodded and three of us walked to his office.

Avi's eyes were on Scott and I felt very nervous. It'd be my fault if Avi kills Scott and Kirstin will kill me. "This is Scott my friend. Anyway.. You know I went to other border for find Mitch and I did. Somehow I had a chance to talk with Queen Kirstin." Avi's eyes were wide open at this point.

"I talked with her about peace. She's not negative about that. But as you know two sides need to make a deal for peace. It won't change anything if only one side wants and other knee doesn't. People need peace Avi. If it goes like that we both will lose so many people. So many children will be orphan. So many people will lose their lover, their child, their parents. It must stop. People suffered enough. YOU suffered enough. I saw Kirstin's borders people. They are like us. They aren't dangerous. They need peace as much as we do. One of them is my friend. Please Avi. Give this a chance."

I hoped I talked well enough to change Avi's mind. He seemed angry but I hope it'll fade.
"They are dangerous Olivia! They aren't friend and they can't be. If they could they would kill you! We are not same. How could you be friend with one of them?!"

"I'm not only with friend with one if them. I love one of them." I hold Scott's hand. "I love you Scott Hoying." he was shocked then he smiled to me. "I love you too."

We leaned in and our lips touched. It was amazing but our kiss interrupted by Avi. He hit his hand on table.

"I'm Scott. I'm from Queen Kirstin's border and she's like my sister. She gives a chance for peace." he told to Avi.

"There's no peace! You know what?! As my people are happy here in that ball, my army is going to other border. Every each person will die and I'll rip little Kirstin's throat with my own hands." it was his last words to us because Scott hold my hand and ran out. 

"We must warn Kirstie!" he yells as we run. He was right but if we do there will be a war and peace won't come. Never. I don't know when I turned into a peace freak. All I know is peace is important for humanity.

Suddenly an idea popped up in my brain and I stopped Scott. A perfect plan for stopping all of this. I told Scott what my plan is and he smiled to me.

"Great idea. Well.. I'm going then." he pecked my lips and ran out.

I went to little bungalow in forest and set everything ready. It's time for talk with Avi now.

I walked to where Avi is. He was still angry to me so I used my best weapon toward to him. I cried.

"Avi... I'm so sorry. I can't believe myself that I believed Scott. You were right. We can't trust them. We only have each other. Please forgive me. I have a little gift for you."

He sighed and nodded. "You are forgiven but if it happens again.. What's your gift?"

"Kirstin. I got her by using Scott. I said that I want to talk with her because I have a plan and he was so stupid to  believe me. Lemme take you to her. "

He smiled big. "Let's go."

SCOTT'S POV

Liv's idea is very risky and dangerous. I saw how furious Avi is and I'm not sure about putting Kirstie in that risk. But I have to. Liv told me it'll be okay. I trust her. I didn't even think about it when I said yes to her idea. Love made me blind. I love her endlessly.

I saw Kirstie with her army. "You are a little late Hoying." she said to me. 

I hugged her. "I have great news. First I'm dating with Liv. Second is I got Avi. He wants to talk with you but his army is ready. War depends on your talk with him."

She nodded and got on her horse. "Let's go."

I KNOW I TOLD I PUBLISH THREE CHAPTERS BUT I WANTED TO PUBLISH ONE MORE FOR LIV. I LOVE YOU LIV!
