Like the title and summary says, Weiss will have an instance of resting at the Madrigal's home. She would lived there for a while before getting back into the Grimmwalker world of Remnant. The portals are linked to her semblance. Which is why at first, she would run back and forth between the two instead of heading straight to her main world (the Remnant where she originally came from). In due time as she practices more with her portals, more people whom she meets will also goes to rest with her at the Madrigals.
The Madrgals home or Encanto as a whole just might be posing as a resting place for travelers along their journeys.
