Fluff and Stuff

Chapter 2

Faye

ITS MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVEEE MOVIE NIGHT! Its like the one time a week me and Juliette are 100% free to hang out together. I swear the apocalypse could be going on and she'd still show up for movie night! I'm currently getting everything set up while i wait for her to get here. She said she would bring the movie tonight and i have absolutely no idea what she's going to bring but it better be good!

i make popcorn and hot chocolates with wiped cream and sprinkles (rainbow ones of course!) my brother came over today with cookies he baked so i put those on a plate as well. My brother is currently living with his boyfriend a couple towns away so he can go to collage there. i put a HUGE pile of fluffy blankets and pillows and teddys on the couch and i put all the snacks and things on the coffee table Infront of the couch, i closed all the  curtains and turned  of the big light after turning on the lamps and fairy lights in the living room.

I take out my Nintendo switch with animal crossing open  and I sit on the couch and play it while I wait. I hope Juliette wears her racoon onesie to match my frog one!! I also hope she doesn't take to long i don't want the hot chocolate to go cold!

Just as I start wondering if I should call her (which honestly isn't too long but she's rarely late and its raining cats and dogs outside!). I hear the door bell ring and Juliette's voice calling out "I'm Here!" while opening the door. She always rings the doorbell even if she's just going to walk in anyway i always find it funny.  Juliette walks into the room absolutely drenched "hey frog, do you know where the hairdryer is?" i start laughing "hey! what's so funny huh?" i would have thought she was serious except for the grin she couldn't hide on her face "ill go find the hair dryer you go get changed " i say trying to stop myself laughing while I walk out of the room I was perfectly composed until I hear a voice yell up "not even five minutes and you've already left me how will I move on !" and I'm dying laughing again

I walk down stairs again to see Juliette in her racoon onesie as expected hair still dripping walking out of the bathroom with all wet clothes in her hands "you can just put those in the wash basket unless you need those for tomorrow" I say " ok thanks!" she reply's "did you find the hairdryer?" " yep right here! " I reply "thank god !" she says back and I just laugh again.   

Juliette 

After running in the pouring rain, Making it to Faye's house , Being absolutely hilarious, Changing into my PJs and drying my hair I finally put the movie disc in the DVD player and  settle down on Faye's couch. The movies 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs' a personal favorite of mine . There's a bunch of food set out on the coffee table and it all looks delicious.

Both me and Faye are sitting on the couch under a tun of fluffy blankets. I look over at her intently watching the movie while hugging a teddy with one arm using the other hand to eat snacks she looks so...Happy! and it makes me so happy! yet i cant help thinking about.....

"Faye?"  ....that year had been hard on her..... a good few  years ago her and her brother had come out at the same time to their parents who didn't really understand at the time, their better now though I don't think she'll  ever forget the shock on their faces, she was also struggling mentally and to top it all off her friends at the time dropped her and i think that was her last straw.

I walked into the school bathroom and heard her crying. not even in my mind do i want to go into detail but she had struggled with eating a the time and i remember seeing the scars from that time as well. I was paralyzed in shock for what could have been anything between 10 seconds to 10  minutes. 

it wasn't until  she looked up at me did my brain finally catch up and i ran over to her. "hey frog what happened ? " i said in my panic i don't think i even thought twice about the name that came out of my mouth. she looked up at me and through her tears she laughed "Frog?" it was at that moment i realized that i called her the nickname one no one else knew about yet not even her "i well  i mean you just remind me of a frog... Not in a bad way! just frogs are cute and your cute and your names Faye and  ...." my voice trails off as i try to explain myself and she just laughs  again even though she was still crying so it was all wet and croaky .

after a whole  lunch time of tears and talking she stopped crying and we sat in comfortable silence until she looked up at me and says " soooo you think I'm cute ? " and I just laughed in surprise " off all the things I said that's what you remember !?" "what!" she says "I want to know if you meant it "  I put my head in my hands and mumbled "Maybe? I don't know! " and she laughed again and said " well you cute too... and thank you...for being here"

"Hey.... cherry why the tears?" Faye says looking at me in concern "Huh?" i say blinking out of my own thoughts my face wet I must have started crying at some point and she noticed "what's wrong? did something happen today?" Faye says again " No i fine just got lost in the past" i said while wiping a tear away with my sleave though they kept coming anyway. Faye leans over puts a hand on my cheek and wipes away another tear with her thumb, still looking concerned but understanding what I meant " its different now ok? don't be sad about then" she says "I'm not sad about then I'm just happy for now" I say back and she kisses me on the forehead "ok as long as your ok" she says leaning back to where she was sitting . all i can think is that "I love her"     

"Hey Jay I thought this story was only about fluff!!" if you thought this while reading don't worry i did to. I'm sorry for the angst guys but I'm physically incapable of writing characters without angst or trauma still I hope you enjoyed! ALSO huge apology for this being late by a week!  

I'm currently  wondering if you guys would prefer single point of view chapters in stead  having the two in the same chapter  if so who's Pov would you want first? let me know
