𝐈. All countryhumans and organisations live in a town together, it's separated from normal humans and located on an island on no man's land. The town is called "Devil Town" and is separated into 7 rings. Imagine it a but like the city from "Attack on Titan" just that it's circular and has 7 rings that get higher.
𝐈𝐈. The town is on a hill, the lower the number, the higher the ring is located on the hill.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. Ring seven is the lowest ring. It's the one closet to the forests and lakes. Ring one is the highest ring. It's not even a real town part. It's just a castle where the royal family lives. In rings 3 - 6 are the most stores, as well as the schools and universities. Ring 7 has an old orphanage where a lot of abandonment kids spend their days until they get adopted. Colonies often live there.
𝐈𝐈𝐈𝐈. The town isn't very modern, but rather very 1880s or 1970s - 1990s themed. The outward rings (6 - 7) are 1880s looking, and the inward rings (1 - 5) are 1970s - 1990s looking.

𝐈. "The Royal Family" is the family that lives in the castle in the highest ring. They don't 'rule' over the town, but they're the most wealthiest and have a lot of power.

𝐈. Capital cities like, for example, Zagreb (🇭🇷) or Seoul (🇰🇷) are just normal civilians in the town. They work jobs (mainly for their country) and have their own apartment, friend, etc. The same goes for normal cities like Toulouse (🇫🇷) or Munich (🇩🇪). The exact same goes for republics, states, provinces, counties, etc.
𝐈𝐈. Cities/States/Republics/etc. Aren't related to their countries. They just work for their country.
[Edit because I noticed I did something wrong lol] ⤵
In some cases (best example: The USSR/Russia and the Soviet States), Cities/States/Republics/etc. are the children of a government made country + a normal imperial heir. It's rare, but can happen. Those children don't live long in most cases and often die at a young age, or they are killed by another countryhuman or by the government.𝐈𝐈𝐈. Cities/States/Republics/etc. Can't have children. They are infertile and usually also don't have any romantic or sexual relationships. They do have genders, though.

𝐈. Before you ask, yes, every country has a human name and identity. They have a normal first and last name, normal birthdays, and official birth certificates.
𝐈𝐈. They don't have a 'human form', as their civilians of their countries know that they exist. Countryhumans are generally called "representators" amongst humans. (Countryhumans never leave their island anyway, so a human form would be useless anyways.)
𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 🗣️
𝐈. Every country knows their official language(s) + English. Sometimes, they speak the language of their native/indigenous people or their "parents"/siblings.
