Author's POV

Naruto was sitting in a big empty room with no one in it. The room is so big that he couldn't even see the ends or any walls. The place was foggy. Naruto could barely see anything.

He got up and started walking to find an exit. He was walking without a clue about where to go. The fog was making him tear up. He was rubbing his eyes when he saw someone sitting on a bench in the distance.

Naruto ran to the bench to see his mother who was turning the other side. That long red hair was very noticeable even from far away. She couldn't see him. Naruto tapped on her shoulder with a huge smile.

" Mom!! " Naruto grinned out.

" Huh?! Oh.. It's you again.. " Kushina said as her expression darkened.

" Mom, where are we?.. I'm scared.. How did we get here?.." Naruto asked. He was finally relieved to meet someone close to him.

" Don't call me that. I'm not your mother! " Kushina yelled out.

" Mom?.. " Naruto muttered out in shock.

" I should've never given birth to you. " Kushina cried out as Naruto stood there still. He didn't know why she said that. What did he do? What was his fault?

" Can't you see she's hurt after seeing you?! Go away! We don't need you!! " Minato said pushing Naruto to the ground. Naruto looked at him with teary eyes and ran.

He didn't know where he was going, but he didn't want to stay with his parents anymore. He felt unwanted, and he was hurt that his own parents would say that to him. Suddenly, he bumped into someone.

" Dobe?.. " Sasuke looked at him with confusion.

Naruto looked up and saw Sasuke in front of him. Naruto hugged Sasuke tightly without saying anything. He felt like Sasuke was the only one in his life now who cared about him.

" What happened?.. " Sasuke asked caressing Naruto's back.

" M-my parents.. They said that.. T-they regret giving b-birth to me.. " Naruto sobbed out.

" Oh.. Well are they wrong? " Sasuke asked as Naruto froze.

" N-no.. Not you too.. This can't.. " Naruto said slowly letting go of Sasuke. He looked at Sasuke just to see an evil smirk plastered on his face.

" You should just die " Sasuke simply said.

" No.. I won't!! You can't tell me what to do! " Naruto angered.

" Everyone wants you gone Naruto. " Sasuke said laughing.

" No I won't! " Naruto yelled and started running again but this time he could hear all types of voices. There was no one near him but the voice echoed through the foggy room.

" I'd kill myself if I were you! "

" Who would ever love you? "

" You are good for nothing "

" Stop wasting air "

" Just die! "

" No.. No.. No.. "

Naruto shot his eyes open panting. Sweat was dripping from his forehead. It was a nightmare. Naruto stared at the ceiling trying to process where he was. He felt confused and numb. He looked to the left to see a blood bag connected to his arm with a needle. Memories started to flood in as soon as he saw that.
