The Future I Choose

After seeing the devastation, Arboliva puts the three down.

Mollie: "Y/n! Liko! Roy!"

"Chansey!"

Liko: "The far side of the forest was burnt too.."

Roy: "It's way worse than anybody thought.."

Y/n solemnly nods.

"Arboliva..."

They turn and look up to Arboliva.

Mollie: "Unfortunately, until the forest can regrow and heal itself, there's going to be more and more Pokémon that can't survive on their own power any more. Just like that poor Wooper"

Roy: "That's awful.."

Mollie: "Arboliva shares some of its own nutrition with the weakened Pokémon, which helps to heal their injuries"

Roy: "Like some kind of forest doctor!"

Mollie: "A doctor, huh? Guess that's true. Still, even with all its power, as long as the forest stays like this..."

Y/n: "we have to help"

Mollie: "huh?"

Y/n: "the forest needs to be brought back to life. We have to help it, the wild pokemon, and Arboliva!"

And they did just that.

Liko: "Sprigatito, get some berries using Quick Attack!"

Sprigatito runs and jumps up to the tree; using Quick Attack to drop the berries from the tree. She returns them to Liko afterwards.

"Meow!"

Liko: "You're the best, Sprigatito. Let's gather as many kinds as we can!"

Points to the next tree

Liko: "Sprigatito, use Leafage!"

Leafage drops some Sitrus Berries off the tree. A variety of berries are on the ground.

Roy: "I get it. We're going to plant these seeds!"

Y/n: "yeah! Nice idea liko! Chesnaught, let's put those arms to good use!"

"Chesnaught!"

Chesnaught flexed his arms, smirking. Meanwhile, Mollie checked her phone.

"No reception"

Mollie: "You can never get a signal when you need one"

Roy: "What's wrong?"

Mollie: "I wanted to ask Friede and the crew for some help, but no go"

Y/n: "this would be much better with Raichu's help.. but we can try again later. Mollie and liko and keep getting berries. Roy, you and I will get to soil ready"

Roy: "You got it! Come on, Fuecoco!"

"Fueco!"

Liko: "Let's go, Sprigatito!"

And the teams were off. Liko, Mollie, sprigatito, and Chansey collecting berries, as Y/n, Roy, Chesnaught, and fuecoco were tendering up the ground for the soil.

Roy: "Fuecoco, use Stomping Tantrum!"

Fuecoco starts stomping, crackling the ground ahead. While the ground was soft, Chesnaught would dig his hands into it, and ran through, tilling the soil.

Meanwhile, the other team was collecting as many different kinds of berries as possible. Eventually joining the others to plant them while fuecoco and Chesnaught kept tilling the soil. And eventually..
