chapter 2 The village of lies

Isaac makes it to the village he thinks to himself that it's a peaceful village but to the villagers it's not and Isaac makes his way towards the village elder Isaac had some questions about the mysterious things that's been going on in this village Isaac ask has there been any werewolves around here lately and the village elder says I don't know what you're talking about you're talking nonsense Isaac thinks to himself I could have swore they was a werewolf attacking this village Isaac ask is the village elder if he can stay the night outside the village elder says yes make yourself at home Isaac goes in make camp outside the village Isaac cannot sleep so he's going to stay up and see what happens to the village during the night as Isaac waits night begins to fall a werewolf starts running towards Isaac but he can't move Isaac was sent into a blood rage of having upon seeing The Mark of Cain Isaac's weapon changed transforming into a cursed blade Isaac swings the blade as blue flames come out of it extending with blood from the werewolf cutting through them like they were butter all this killing went on until daybreak but everyone knows a dark crusaders are oath it's the fight in the darkness but not in the light Isaac finally killed The last werewolf in the village knowing that this was the last one in the village the sun comes up someone comes out of the cabin in front of Isaac a little boy Isaac see someone behind the little boy with red eyes and pale skin it was none other than Dracula Isaac yells out to him let him go you bastard Dracula with a smirk on his face it says sure with sarcasm Isaac's says to Dracula there's been enough bloodshed and I am tired so let the boy go go feast on a cow or something Dracula says a cow are you out of your mind well considering you look like a broken down pig I wouldn't see why you would drink from a cow Dracula goes how dare you when next we meet crusader we will fight to the death Isaac looking at Dracula with a puzzle let the boy go and just maybe I might think about fighting you next time that we meet Dracula leaves letting the boy go Isaac thinks to himself wow I didn't think that would work I suppose kid you can tag along with me until I find you a home the boy says your armor is very damaged follow me in one of these houses there is a chest no one wouldn't touch the armors so I figured since you did all that you deserve new armor and all yours is damaged Isaac humbly agrees to follow him they get into the house with the treasure chest full of the armor the boy pulls out the armor and hands it over to Isaac the boy says it is cursed armor the armor's name is the little boy says Last Scavenger Isaac smiles and says thank you and then tells the boy that we should be on our way before it gets dark they start heading to the next town over Isaac turns the boy and says are you hungry the boy says yes Isaac says wait right here and I'll get you something Isaac brings the boy a few apples some pork and carrots Isaac had a flashback this little boy is reminding him of his brother Isaac's face comes to a tear leaving his new armor on and not taking it off everyone thinks he's an adventurer from a different land which in Isaac's case he is a woman see Isaac and the boy the woman asked is Isaac and the boy if they needed a place to sleep for the night Isaac humbly said yes and so did the young boy Isaac and the young boy thank the woman for letting them stay the night she takes them to the room and she asked if they were hungry they said no but thanks anyway she says no problem the woman goes my name is Clarice what is your name dark crusader I am Isaac and does the boy have a name no Isaac said he doesn't Clary swiping the boys face off because it is very dirty acting like a mother to him Clarice looks over at Isaac and asks him can I name the boy Isaac goes yes Clarice looks at the boy and says your name will be Hector Isaac says to Clarice I ain't going to be able to take care of him if I'm on the road I have stuff that I have to do and finish so he needs some more to live and if you will will you take care of him until I return Clarice looks back at Isaac and says yes I will take care of him Hector also humbly agrees Isaac said I need to head out and I'm leaving so Hector be good for Claire's until I return one day I needed to get you a place to live and stay so someone can take care of you  i can't take you with me because I have a long journey ahead of me and there's places that you can't go to Hector looks at Isaac and says okay Hector goes to the bedroom and goes to bed Clarice goes tucks him in Clarice comes back out of the bedroom shuts the door behind her and ask his Isaac what are you planning to doIsaac responds with I have a long quest ahead of me for a reason of my own that were given to me by the Great sage Clary says okay but do you have to leave tonight Isaac says yes and here's all my coin that I have left for you to take care of Hector for me she takes the bag and puts it under Hector's pillow Isaac leaves and he turns around and says I will return one day and Clary says have a safe journey but in Isaac's mind his journeys are never safe until we meet again Clarice those were the last words out of Isaac's mouth when he set off for his journey
