The feeling of the hot sun finally calming its rays as we enter October. The leaves were all sorts of colors and they made a troublesome mess to pick up, scattered all over the ground. Lunch had just ended and my friends and I were chatting as we got into our seats.
"If you love pepperoni on your pizza sooooo much then tell me what's the big issue with ham on pizza?" Ryujin quirked a brow up.
"For the 100th time, I never said I hated ham on pizza! All I said was that Hawaiian pizza is gross because who in the hell wants pineapple on their pizza!? That's gross!" Mark argued back as he sat next to Wonyoung in front of both Jaehyun and I.
"Can you two quit it? I'm getting a migraine from just hearing you two bickering over the dumbest thing on earth." Yeji rolled her eyes and grumbled softly.
Ryujin being as obnoxious as ever, puts a palm to her chest and gasps dramatically. "He's the one who started it! Making gagging noises when I ate my pizza..." she gave him a glare and Mark returned it with sticking out his tongue.
"I can do what I want! All cuz I made a few gagging noises you got heated. Not my fault someone has a short temper."
We all laughed because Ryujin couldn't come up with something smart to say. "I hate you guys!" She said before taking her seat next to Yeji, their desks next to Jaehyun and I but in a different row.
"You guys are so unbelievable." I said and my ears immediately perked up when they heard an angelic giggle.
Wonyoung,
The embodiment of perfection. The most popular girl in our school, who can do anything. Be it sports, assignments or anything you can think of, she can do it and flawlessly at that.She's got both guys and girls swooning for her.
"What are you laughing at?" A asked softly but with a little confidence. A small smirk playing on my lips.
She turned her body to the side to face me. "It's just really funny to see them get like this, don't you think?" The most prettiest smile tugged the corners of her lips.
My heart was doing summersaults in my chest and I could feel my cheeks begin to burn. She tilted her head, quirking a brow with the same smile still there.
"Ahem." Jaehyun forced a cough to get me out of my trance. "Someone forgot how to breathe for a second." He teased which made the others collectively 'oooh' at us.
Embarrassed, I quickly sat up and shoved him, not too hard but enough to let him know how I felt. It only made his chuckle turn into a small laugh.
