Hogwarts. The notorious school for the famous headmaster, Albus Dumbledore.

Full of powerful wizardry and witchcraft teaching, Located in Scotland, Europe.

You were lucky enough to go to this school, and although it is not rare to get in, in your opinion you still thought it was much better than Durmstrang or Beaubaxtons. You were sorted into Gryffindor in your 1st year, ironic since most of your friends thought you were better off in Slytherin, or even Ravenclaw. You're quiet but bold. You know how to persuade people and get your way, a trait always quite admirable by your peers.

The first weeks of your 6th year went by quite fast, it now being the middle of September. September 23rd to be exact. You sit in study hall, located in the great hall, during a free period. It was the free period for 4th hour, so thankfully you only had one hour left.

Your best friends, Harry, Ron, and Hermione sit beside you. The quiet sounds of quills scratching across the parchment, small coughs from the flu season, and small chatter fill the air around you. The smell from lunch still lingers in the great hall.

Ron and Harry chatter quietly beside you, something about quidditch. Harry was a team seeker, Ron was a beater so of course those two would be rambling on and on about it. Hermione, the ever-so know-it-all was reading her textbooks quietly. The cold potions professor, Professor Severus Snape walked up and down the halls, silently patrolling, making sure that people were staying on task. He stops behind Harry and Ron, pulling up his sleeves slightly before pushing both their heads down harshly, causing small groans to leave the boy's mouths.

"This is not a free period, work, or detention, those are your options."

The professor said in his dreary, monotone, cold, voice. Once he was out of earshot Ron spoke shaking his head.

"Bloody hell! He's got a stick in his arse really, I'm telling it, such an arseho-."

"Ron!"

Hermione interjected looking up at him from her book. Looking at him sternly, Hermione disliked Snape but she didn't like disrespecting teachers. or anyone for that matter.

The bell rang, and Ron and Harry took their sweet time packing up. Ron still goes on and on about Snape, and how "someone should really give him a fire whiskey." You decide to leave them and head to potions on your own. Dreading the last hour of the day. for two reasons.

One, Snape's cruel teaching, monotone voice, and terrible lectures.

and two

Malfoy.
