(Y/n) was being dragged along by Kokichi as he went around trying to find all the other students they'd heard oh so much about.
She wasn't happy about it, but she also didn't care enough to tell him to leave her the hell alone. To be honest, at least he could do most of the talking for her, being, you know, the extrovert and all that.
They'd already met a few people, they meaning Kokichi while (Y/n) mostly watched and occasionally introduced herself as well (otherwise he'd do it for her). It was fun! Not really, but what other fun could you come across in a higgledy-piggledy dump like this?
"Hey, hey, hurry it up, hurry it up! We're gonna get left behind! You're sooo slow!" Kokichi whined as he continued to tug along a reluctant (Y/n).
"If I'm so slow just leave me here to rot. Besides, it's not a race. There's no time limit yet." (Y/n) replied, feeling her eye twitch.
They were heading towards a set of stairs next to a classroom when the door opened and a boy came out, scratching his head in confusion.
"Oh, look, a person to bother."
"Heyyy, you're right!" Kokichi grinned from ear to ear before coming to a halt. "Wait, what do you mean bother?"
"Hm? Did I say that?" (Y/n) gave him a shove in the newcomers direction and Kokichi nearly lost his balance.
Maybe nearly isn't the right word because hot damn did he lose his balance? Yeah, yeah he did. In fact he probably wouldn't fallen to the ground and split his head right open incriminating (Y/n) for manslaughter if it weren't for a beautiful green-haired man catching him right in time!
"Woah there, watch your step." The stranger smiled kindly down at Kokichi, who looked almost embarrassed at that. "You alright?"
(Y/n) gaped momentarily. What in the reverse cliche?
"Oh please, I'm perfectly fine! But yeah, thanks I guuuueeess... Could've stopped it myself..." Kokichi thanked him begrudgingly and pulled away the moment he'd steadied himself, returning to (Y/n) as if he'd forgotten SHE was the one who'd shoved him.
"This guy's pretty pretty." (Y/n) whispered to Kokichi who had gone to hide behind her.
"Pretty sleazy, you mean!" Kokichi grumbled.
