The school morning was no different from any other, except for the heavy silence that loomed over Vansh. His thoughts were consumed with guilt, regret, and a desperate need to make things right with Anny. As soon as he entered the school gates, he caught sight of her from a distance, walking with her group of friends, her eyes focused straight ahead, as though she was trying to block out everything around her.

Vansh’s heart pounded as he quickly walked towards her, hoping she might at least acknowledge his presence.

Vansh: "Nish, ruk!"

Anny didn’t even glance back. She kept walking, her pace quickening, as though she was avoiding him on purpose. Vansh’s brow furrowed in confusion and pain, but he didn’t stop. He moved ahead, blocking her path.

Vansh :- Yaar atleast ek baar to tu meri baat sun hi sakti hai na

Anny :- Kyu sunu me teri baat tu sunta hai meri

Vansh :- Yaar tu galat samjh rahi hai

Anny :- oh please...smajh tu nhi rha hai ki merko abhi terse baat nhi karni...tune un ladko se ladke bas apne liye problem create nhi kri hai...mere liye bhi kri hai

Vansh:- tere liye??

Anny :- haan...in sabke baad bas tujhe last warning nhi mili hai...mera bhi mazak uda hai ...ab to sabko ye prove ho gya hoga ki me sachme akele kuch nhi kar sakti

Vansh :- Nish esa nhi hai

Anny :- Esa hi hai....infact bas itna hi nhi ...sab kya sochege ki tu mere liye itna kyu lad jhagad rha hai....sab baate bnayege hmare bare me lekin tujhe kha farak padta hai in sb chizo ka

Vansh :- Baki sab jo bhi soche usse hme farak nhi padna chaiye yaar

Anny :- Tujhe nhi padta hoga lekin mujhe padta hai....or abhi mujhe terse baat nhi karni that's it

Vansh :- Yaar par

Before he could complete his sentence ..Anny walks away leaving him unspoken. Her words stung more than he expected. It was true—she felt humiliated, and instead of helping, he had made everything worse.

The entire day, Vansh tried again and again to approach Anny. During lunch, in the hallways, even during class breaks, he’d spot her from a distance and try to catch her attention. But each time, she turned away, walked faster, or ignored him completely. Her friends were all quietly observing but didn’t intervene, knowing Anny’s mind was made up.

At the end of the school day, as the bell rang, signaling the end of another hectic day, Vansh stood by the gates, waiting for Anny to come out. He hoped that, after everything, she might give him one last chance to apologize. He watched as her group of friends gathered around the exit, and he took a deep breath, walking towards her, trying to look calm despite the anxiety coursing through him.

But as soon as Anny caught sight of him, she stopped in her tracks. Her eyes met his for a brief second—there was pain in them, but also something that made her turn away almost immediately. Without a word, she started walking towards her van.

Vansh’s steps slowed. He watched helplessly as Anny got into her van, her gaze never once meeting his. It was as though she had decided she was done with him.

His heart sank, a bitter ache filling his chest. His best friend—his Anny—was ignoring him completely. The memories they had shared, the songs they had sung together, the laughs they had exchanged, now felt like distant echoes. Every word he had said to her that day had only pushed her further away.

As the van drove off, Vansh stood there, motionless, the weight of his loneliness settling over him. His mind replayed the moments they had spent together—those small, perfect moments that now felt lost. Would things ever go back to the way they were? Would she ever look at him the same way again?
