"The moon is beautiful, don't you think?" Jiyoon asked.

"But you're even more so," replied the girl with bangs. She admired the blonde's beauty and splendor with the most sincere smile on her lips.

"Don't say things like that, Jungeun!" She exclaimed, blushing, then laughed and looked straight into Jungeun's eyes.

Their romantic moment was interrupted by Saebi. The two girls turned their gaze toward Saebi. Jungeun noticed the blood on the blonde's lips.

"Saebi, don't tell me..."

"Sorry... I didn't have a choice," she replied regretfully.

"You didn't kill the person, did you?" Jungeun asked with concern.

"Come on, Jungeun, that's not Saebi's style."

"Nothing happened; she just fainted. I brought her back to her room."

"Who was the girl?" Jiyoon asked curiously.

"Oh... If I remember correctly, her name was Koko? That's what was on her ID card."

"Koko...?" Jungeun asked. "Who is she?"

"She's one of the new students," Jiyoon paused and added. "By the way, how did you come across her? She's not supposed to be out during curfew.

"You shouldn't say that, Jiyoon; you're doing the same right now," Jungeun retorted with a wink.

"Anyway, we need to keep an eye on her, Jungeun. Otherwise, who knows what might happen to me..." Saebi added, a bit worried.

"Don't worry, we won't let her go until we're sure she'll keep the secret. Oh, and could you leave us, Saebi? I'd like to enjoy this evening with Jiyoon as much as possible."

"Alright, fine, I'm going to meet Sarang at the casino," Saebi sighed.

Saebi finally walked away from the two lovers to join Sarang at the casino. Once inside, all that was left was to find her. After a good five minutes of searching, she finally spotted her, smoking as usual.

"Sarang."

Sarang turned to Saebi, already knowing what she was going to say. She blew smoke in Saebi's direction and spoke in a teasing tone.

"Oops, didn't mean to."

"Put out that cigarette!" she shouted, coughing.

"Alright, alright..." Sarang stubbed out her cigarette on the ground and looked at her. "You have a bit of blood at the corner of your lips... Saebi... What did I tell you?!"

"I know, Sarang... But I didn't have a choice. I couldn't find the vial.

"But I hid it well; there's no way it just disappeared overnight."

"Unless the librarian took it."

"Without notifying anyone? Impossible."

"It's impossible to get another... you-know-what, here."

"We don't know that for sure. Anyway, let's drop this discussion. Where's Jungeun?"

"With Jiyoon, but I advise you not to bother them unless you want to get snapped at."

"I won't hold back from disturbing them." Sarang picked up her lighter and her cigarette roll.

"Sarang... Can't you make an effort just this once? Jiyoon isn't like Jeemin," she said seriously.

"Everything related to Jeemin disgusts me. I won't make any effort about that. And you know it very well!" She started to get angry.

After a long night, the start of the school year could finally begin. Koko finally woke up, a sudden headache appearing. She held her head with the palm of her hand, pressing it to her forehead. She was still shocked by what had happened yesterday. She looked at the time and realized she needed to get ready quickly so as not to be late on her first day here. Heading to the bathroom, she looked at herself in the mirror and checked her neck... The blonde's bite marks were still there.

"Damn... how am I supposed to hide this?"

Koko then looked for a way to cover the mark as discreetly as possible. Then there was a knock at her door. She froze, not daring to answer. Koko didn't know what to do, then she heard a familiar voice.

"Narai Koko! Open this door!"

It was the vampire's voice. Koko opened the door as quickly as possible, not wanting to cause trouble with her.

"Took you long enough!" Saebi entered without permission and sat on her bed without asking as well.

She took out a bandage from her pocket and handed it to Koko. Then, with a serious expression again, the blonde wanted to make things clear.

"As I already told you, don't tell anyone about what happened yesterday. Unless you want a death on your conscience."

"I-I wasn't planning to..." Koko was intimidated by the girl.

"Hey, don't be scared; I'm just asking for a simple favor. What happened yesterday... was an accident."

"You still threatened me with death yesterday, and now you're telling me not to be afraid?"

"Oh, is that the only thing that terrifies you?" she asked curiously.

Koko stared at Saebi, then realized she wasn't scared at all by the fact that she was a vampire.

"Now that you mention it..."

Saebi laughed, not knowing why, she finding the brunette naturally funny and completely dumb. It was rare to make Saebi laugh; only Sarang and Jungeun managed to make her laugh or smile.

"My name is Saebi, Jeong Saebi; you're going to deal with me often, so you might as well know."
