Character Research Info: He shouldn't have been abandoned, this Twisted is faster than it looks, and once it catches you, you're doomed, be cautious.
As you'd probably figure out, this twisted is as fast as baldloon while running with a 15% speed boost, therefore making him hard to get off, in return he does have very low sight and attention span, don't worry he wouldn't grasp onto you immediately after you get hit.
