I thought about this idea for a while and have been wanting to make this story. I am not the most obsessed MHA fan but I am a massive Spidey fan. I wanted to make this story for everyone who like Spectacular spiderman and MHA.
It all started in China when a father reported that his child began glowing. No one knew why or how they just knew that these powers kept popping up. And so the unusual became normal, And society accepted the phenomenon as "Quirks". Soon society forced laws to keep Quirks from being used to cause harm, including heroism needing a scholar ship for. This is the story of a boy who just wanted to help others.
