Inside a laboratory 4 mechanical arms attach wires to Flint Marco.

Flint: So, uh, Doc? What's with the arms?

Assisting in powering up Marco's quirk is the same Doctor from Yaoyorouzu's company, Doctor Otto Octavius. Otto was roped into this due to manipulation after his near loss of fortune. The Big man and another associate saw potential in the young genius and with cover managed to get him a job in developing products to the famous hero company. 

Otto: These arms? Well, they allow me to multitask, manipulate difficult objects, and . . . work from a safe distance.

He said turning away as he pulled back his arms as they followed him. Though the doctors rather stressed words at the end did not go unheard by Marco making him suspicious.

Marco: You need a safe distance?! What about me?

He questioned as he started trying to move his arms to get out of the mechanism locking him to the machine in the center of the room.

Octavious: W-Well there are concerns.

He said, but before he could say anymore Hammerhead entered the room. Seeing that his 'associate' was starting to feel uncomfortable of being in the room.

Hammerhead: Marco, relax. Procedure simple, painless, and totally worth it. *Looks at Otto* Show him.

Octavious walked back into the room as his arms began to work on the panel. In the room with Marco a screen turned on showing a digital screen that showed the process of the test.

Octavious: Uh, yes. *Ahem* Well, uh, the subject is infused with millions of microscopic granules. Creating sub-dermal silicon armor. Now in theory, with your quirk allowing flexibility of said ganules, you'll be able to pass through metal detectors, well undetected, or any other blockage, in all you will be impervious.

Marco: 'Impervious?' Is-is that a good thing?

Hammerhead: Yeah, that means nothing and no-one can hurt you. Not even those costume freaks.

Marco narrows his eyes.

Marco: You're not gonna turn me into one of those Nomu things right?

Octavious: Rest assured this process has nothing to do with Nomu's your mind will stay completely intact.

Marco sighs and smiles at the idea. His quirk mostly works better with sand around so there are not many situations where he could use it other than a beach or construction yard, but now if this turned out fine he could do some real damage. They treated him a villian just because of his quirk? Well let's see what they say when he becomes untouchable!

Y/n and Mina are waiting for who they are going to face against. After Ochako and Izuku barely won against Iida and Bakugo. Y/n has his mask pulled up and drinking a bottle of water as he sees Iida and Ochako come back. Midoriya is still injured however so he's absent.

Mina: How do you think Bakugo is doing? He ran off earlier after his team lost.

Y/n: Oh, I'm sure he's off somewhere-
