Once again, Frisk ended up dying, this time at the hands of a similar being. However, it was different; the girl sensed something in that human from the underground, something... no, actually, it was the opposite, it seemed they had something in common beyond being human, and this was confirmed when Frisk recalled how the girl looked surprised upon seeing her soul. Frisk wanted to see her again, to try to talk to her without dying. However, upon restarting and reaching the same place as before...

"She's not here." Frisk noticed that the figure who had attacked her previously had not returned; where could she be now?

This question would have to wait for later; the girl moved forward, crossing the wooden bridge that she hadn't reached the last time.

As she crossed the bridge, she came across a very conveniently placed lamp next to a small wooden hut resembling a guard post. Looking around, she noticed a half-eaten chocolate bar and decided to take it since she was a bit hungry.

—Chara!— Then a distant shout caught her attention. Frisk turned around, startled, while Boogie, the blue flower on her back, was already looking in the direction of the voice. The young, somewhat muffled voice grew closer, repeating itself a few times. —Where are you, Cha— Until, upon arrival, they spotted her, a human much like themself. The figure studying Frisk was short, dressed in black with a red scarf, and wore a black mask that hid their ears and horns, with blood-red tears streaming from their eyes—everything about them designed to look frightening.

"Chara?..." Both Frisk and Boogie thought, while the new monster on their path seemed perplexed and annoyed.

—That human just had to disappear at a time like this...!!— he muttered under his breath, but after a few seconds, he composed himself with a few coughs, looking at both the flower-monster and the human, appearing to assess the most logical and likely situation.

—Flower, who are you to have a human as a pet?— That was his conclusion. At such a comment, both of them were only able to feel confused, but before questioning it, the goat spoke again.
