Opposites Attract (Todoroki x Bakugo/TodoBaku)

Part 9- Camp

After a few days of long house arrest, the duo finally returned to school in one piece, Bakugo and Todoroki felt eager to train their hearts out to the fullest however the trip to the training camp was the day they unfortunately returned to school.

"Move it extra" Bakugo shoved past Kaminari getting onto the bus, Iida was ordering people to sit in their designated pairs, Bakugo happened to be with Todoroki since they didn't argue.

Todoroki sat by the window while soon after a bakugo plopped down on the seat next to him, they were at the far back where Midorya and Asui sat in front, Asui was wrapped up in a soft blanket due to the cold weather while Midorya begged her to share, she agreed and they both shared the soft blanket, it gave Todoroki the idea of getting his own person blanket out of his suitcase however he didn't want to interrupt Bakugo mumbling to himself. Instead he sat there shivering, Todoroki would usually heat himself up with his quirk however due to the recent incident he's still in recovery.

"Stop chattering your teeth damn idiot" he growled, standing up from his seat and taking his personal blanket out.

"Here take this and be quiet!" He yelled, chucking his own blanket and the cold boy next to him, the shivering boy wrapped his self up like a burrito and snuggled into the covers, he could smell bakugos scent rubbing onto him.

"Greeting students, I realise the weather is cold however there's no excuses. This journey is about 2 hours so I don't want to hear complaints at ALL" Aizawa glared at his students before sitting down next to his friend Present Mic who would be accompanying him.

Todoroki looked around and saw Ashido and Uraraka giggling about something, he then looked over to Kaminari who slept on tokoyamis shoulder.

He decided to try get some sleep as it was an early morning, he rested his head on the glass as the bus began to move, Bakugo next to him felt exhausted, all night he had been training his quirk because of the freedom he had, maybe wasn't the best decision before more intense training.

He thought of the last events at the training camp, it definitely helped him improve but was it worth being kidnapped? He scoffed to himself and saw the boy next to him leaning comfortably against the rocky window, he lightly smiled and plugged his EarPods in.

After an hour Bakugo eventually fell asleep, and Todoroki didn't wake up. Bakugo had leant his body against the huge pillow next to him (Todoroki) which made Todoroki lean into his warmth, no one bothered them though as they would know the consequences of waking up Bakugo from his sleep ESPECIALLY when he's tired.

It was finally time to get off, the students looked outside and saw snow all around, some yelped in joy, and others were annoyed of the freezing temperatures.

Todoroki woke up and rose his head, he felt the heavy weight next to him aka Bakugo.

"Wake up.." Todoroki poked Bakugos cheek, Bakugo snapped his eye open and instantly raised his eyebrow.

"Stop poking me ICYHOT" he yelled as usual, no one cared all they cared about was getting out. Alive.

"Everyone take your bags and be careful of the icy paths" Everyone gathered their belongings, Todoroki just wrapped himself up in Bakugos blanket when walking out.

"Come on students! Let's get your baggage to your rooms! YEAHH" present mic let out his loud voice while leading the way into an inn type place.

Everyone who was assigned on the bus stayed in the same rooms. Some loved the idea, some didn't care. Todoroki liked the idea of being with Bakugo and Bakugo would have preferred Todoroki over anyone.

After Aizawa announced these groups, Kaminari came up to Todoroki and nudged his shoulder.

"Guess you don't escape the beast after all" he whispered trying not to let bakugo hear.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY EXTRA?!" Kaminari yelped and ran away, Todoroki chuckled and grabbed his room key from Aizawa.

"Todoroki, may I speak with you?" Aizawa leads Todoroki to a separate unit.

"Have you tried recently using your quirk?" Todoroki nodded, Aizawa let out the biggest sigh of relief after knowing such news.

"Thats all I needed to know." He yawned and walked over to the class, Todoroki looked at his palms and then walked back to the crowd of people.

"Everyone go to your rooms, drop your luggage and be in the lobby by 3pm" It was currently 7am so they had enough time to settle in, the students grabbed their luggage off the ground and dragged them to their individual rooms, Todoroki lazily dragged his bag while Bakugo strutted to the room.

He reached his hand out wanting something "the key idiot" Todoroki nodded and passed him the key, he unlocked it and saw the pretty exterior, it was old fashioned but still was incredibly beautiful.

"What the HELL!" He pointed at the bed, it was a king sized double bed in the middle of the room.

"WHATS THE MEANING OF THIS?" Bakugo yelled, probably alerting everyone staying here.

"It's fine Bakugo.." Todoroki waddled to the bed and fell on it, holding bakugos blanket around his body.

"You seem more tired" Bakugo pointed out, he came and sat on the bed next to where Todoroki layed face flat.

"Perhaps it's my quirk recovering.." he muttered into the blanket.

"Sleep, I'll wake you up later." Todoroki rolled over so he was facing Bakugo and smiled before closing his eyes, Bakugo rolled his eyes and stood up, grabbing his hero costume and setting it in a wardrobe, along with training clothes and outdoor clothes. He didn't bring a lot but for him it was A LOT.

He looked over at Todorokis bag deciding if he should help him out, but he didn't want to invade his privacy, so instead he leant the bag against the cupboard where Todoroki could organise his clothes.

Bakugo was a little shocked to see the single bed, it had to be a mistake...right?
