Homeroom had been a bit weird, but the weirdest part was that no one had talked to us since earlier at the gate. Maybe it's just me, but the way they were silently observing has had some creepy effect. Then again, I wasn't concerned at all about the stares at me, but more so at Ruby who was getting caught in the crossfire.

"All these handsome dude's from this department sure are tame. I had at least expected that some would have the balls to strike up a conversation, but I guess I was wrong."

I couldn't tell if Shiranui-san was joking or not, so I replied half-heartedly.

"W-Well, maybe it's because you're here with us?"

"Maybe so, but I don't think that's all there is to it. We are the ones who acted in that promotional film, so the attention is on both of us. Your little sister is quite pretty too, so it's not surprising she's also getting some attention."

"T-That's... you flatter me too much, Shiranui-san!"

Ruby's cheeks turned a little red after being complimented, it was adorable. I'll join in on the compliments too.

"She's not flattering you, Ruby. We're triplets remember? Aqua might be the ugliest one of us, but you're just as good-looking as me!"

Ruby lightly tapped my shoulders, "Jeez~ That's so unfair! You're both prettier than me!"

D-Dang, Ruby hits hard. Did she work out or something?

While I was surprised at Ruby's unexpectedly heavy taps, we had reached the cafeteria. It's quite a big cafeteria, unlike the one I had during my high school days in my past life. Maybe it's because schools nowadays are just bigger than back then? Anyway, I think I'll just have curry or something.

"Excuse me, can I sit here...?"

A pink-haired girl called out to us as we sat down at our table. Ruby's eyes lit up as soon as she heard her voice. A friend of hers or something?

"Minami~ You're here!"

"You did tell me to join you guys, so..."

"Mhm, that's right. Oh, introduce yourself!"

Whoa there Ruby, you oughta slow down a little.

"Hello, Hoshino-san, Shiranui-san, my name is Kotobuki Minami. Ruby wanted me to eat lunch with you guys, but is it alright...?"

Hmm, this is oddly relaxing. She's quite nervous. Well, Shiranui-san is quite popular and beautiful to boot, so it's no wonder. I casually waved my hand and gave Kotobuki-san a friendly nod. She sat down right away. A bunch of students were passing us by, and it was obvious they were stealing glances at this incredible group gathered at this table. While ordering, I overheard some nasty little whispering by the boys.

"Hey hey, which one's your favorite out of those four?"

"It's gotta be Frill. She's like everybody's favorite."

"Hmm, nah dude. Frill looks pretty, sure, but I dig Rimuru more."

"Of course, you'd stan the new girl, you do that every time."

"Nuh uh-"

"The hell you mean nuh-"

It was all pointless stuff, I say. Ruby and the others couldn't hear them, but it was as clear as day to my ears. Seriously, I'd love to be in that conversation but the problem is one of the four they're talking about is my sister and one of them is myself.

"Did you guys finish ordering? Since we're all here anyway, can I ask you something Rimuru?"

Shiranui-san propped up her head and leaned in close to me.
