After Neil had taken him home Nick hadn't left the house for some days. He didn't feel right, it was like he was hot all the time and the thought of going out and seeing people bothered him. His father and stepmother were staying in one of the beach houses. They had taken Nam with them and Non went back abroad to fix a problem at one of their fathers companies there.

Since he had the house for himself Nick decided to laze around. In the morning he got up, showered and went downstairs. He had told the housekeeper she didn't have to come in for the week. He knew how to cook dinner and he didn't mind doing the work. After eating he would go to the living room to watch a movie or chat with Mac. But as the days went by he started to feel worse, his body was itchy and no matter what he did it didn't go away.

By the end of the week he felt so bad that he decided to go see the family doctor. He knew that Nick was an omega and since Nick didn't want anyone to know he only could go to this man. He put on some clothes that were too big for him and walked out trying to walk slowly to make sure the clothes weren't touching his itching skin.

He didn't have to walk far since the clinic was around the corner and when he walked in it just so happened that the doctor was going on his break. Seeing Nick walking in he raised his eyebrow before walking over.

Nick; what brings you to my clinic today?

Nick sighed softly before looking up. I don't know Moah Top; I haven't been feeling good for a few days now so I figured I would come in so you could have a look at me.

The doctor nodded before turning towards the nurse sitting behind the desk. I'll take my break now; can you maybe send over some tea and fruit? If anyone asks, tell them I'm meeting up with a friend. The nurse nodded before calling the restaurant to bring up some food.

As soon as Nick and the doctor walked into the office Nick collapsed into the chair holding his head. He took a deep breath before swallowing tickly. The walk here wasn't that long but for some reason he felt worse than when he was home.

The doctor closed the door before taking the chair next to Nick. He places a hand on Nick's neck pushing softly as to relieve some of the tension. Since he was a doctor working at one of the more prestigious clinics he was a beta. Because he met with omega's and omega's alike he couldn't be affected by pheromones. The only reason Nick came to this clinic and not one for a beta, as far as the nurses and other doctors knew, was because his father was so well known and respected. No dared to ask questions and since the doc was a friend Nick and his family trusted him.

Can you tell me what the problem is? The doc kept putting pressure on Nick's neck relieving more of the tension until Nick was sitting up again.

He looked at the doctor before smiling softly; you are even more handsome than the last time I saw you Moah.

Top smiled; the last time you saw me the room was too dark to make out my face so of course you would think so. Now tell me why you came here, as much as I like having you around I'm sure my boyfriend will not like you flirting with me.

Nick shrugged; I'm sorry Moah I can't help it that you are my type. Besides you talking like this makes it seem like we did something indecent while all we did was watch a movie together. And if I remember correctly I was only there to make sure that person would stay away from you. But since you mentioned your boyfriend I'm guessing I didn't work?

The hand on Nick's neck was removed as Top patted him on the head. You will always be needed Nick; I'm not only your Moah but I'm your friend as well. But to answer your question; yes he is my boyfriend now. I know I said I didn't like him but he helped me out with some stuff and one thing led to another.
