Later that evening, after Minho had calmed himself down, he found himself pacing back and forth in his room. He kept replaying the scene in his mind-the way Jisung had looked at him, the way his expression had shifted when he caught himself staring at Minho's body. It felt like something had cracked, like a dam was about to break, and Minho didn't know what to do with that feeling.
The quiet tension between them was unbearable. Minho had never been the kind of person to shy away from a challenge, but this? This was different. This wasn't something he could just laugh off or ignore. He couldn't pretend that the awkwardness didn't exist, especially not after Jisung's almost frantic exit.
As he stared at his reflection in the mirror again, Minho's fingers brushed over the scar. He didn't think about it much, but tonight it felt... different.
Does Jisung really think it's beautiful? Minho couldn't help but wonder. The scar had always been a point of insecurity for him, something he'd hidden away for years. To think that Jisung found it beautiful-that was a revelation in itself. A strange one.
Minho let out a breath and dropped his hand. What is going on with us?
