done relaxing in the break room finished processing what had happend in poppy playtime chapter 1, the audience
return inside the theater as they take their seats. zeon warps infront of them floating and sees everyone is accounted
for in the theater.
ZEON: all right my audience, *snaps fingers and screen turns on* get ready to watch chapter 2
of the poppy playtime saga. enjoy folks! *teleports taking his seat among the audience*
the audience prepare themselves to what will happen in chapter 2 of this saga
and monsterious horrors they'll have to watch through it. but they still want
answers with what has happened to the playtime factory and the staff along
with it.
a black screen is seen as a VHS tape can be heard being inserted into a VCR. the video shows a dark room that can barely be seen
but the video's brightness adjusts to show a dimly lit room. an outstretched plastic arm in front of the camera leads to a strange,
pink, spider-like object hanging from the ceiling and can't be fully described. poppy can faintly and occassionally whispers "wake
up" in the video.
many in the audience are wary of seeing the video showing a dimly lit room and some kind of pink spider-like object hanging from the ceiling.
but when they faintly her poppy whispering "wake up" it made them a little uncertain and think that this must be the player's unconsciousness
and is showing them this for whatever reason it must be. few in the audience are just creeped out by this VHS video and poppy whispering wake up
didn't help it at all.
HUSK: will every begining of these chapter always start with a fuckin' VHS tape
like the first chapter?
ANGEL DUST: *shrugs* most likely, whiskers.
HUSK: *groans* do you have to call me that?
ANGEL DUST: what? it's an adorable nickname for ya.
LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR: soo...are we watching video of a VHS tape or the player's uncosciousness?
CHARLIE MORNINGSTAR: it must be a bit of both dad.
LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR: *narrows eyes* uh-huh....how does that work?
the video then abruptly cuts to black, with a distorted face appearing for a split second. some words can be seen on th screen that
only can be seen for a second saying; "PLTM COMM ARCHIVE. MOMMY LONG LEGS. FEB 2 1991. the video cuts to commercial, showing
children playing with a mommy long legs toy at a playground. the children were all wearing shirts that have playtime's toys on them.
SINGING CHILDREN (VERSUS): look it's mommy long legs, the coolest toy around! you can stretch her legs, or hang her upside
down! try to twist and bend her i every kind of way! now it's time to have some fun, mommy long legs wants to play!
the children continue playing with the mommy long legs toy stretching her arms, hanging her upside down and all kinds
of things playing with her. the logo of playtime Co. appears on the the screen.
NARRATOR: with playtime Co.'s new patented elastic-plastic, you can stretch, pull, and twist mommy long legs
in the craziest ways!
