Chapter 2: Writing Exam

{Location: Mustafu, Japan, Residence}

{POV: Satoru Suzuki (Momonga)}

{Time: 10 months later}

Momonga sat in the modest living room of his newly acquired residence in Mustafu, the evening light filtering through the thin curtains, casting muted shadows around him. To anyone outside, it appeared as just another unremarkable suburban home. But within these walls, Momonga and Pandora's Actor had spent months amassing a wealth of intelligence on this world's heroes, villains, and societal structure. The quiet hum of analysis filled the air as Momonga meticulously reviewed his findings, distilling each observation into a comprehensive understanding of this world's hierarchy of power.

'This society values heroes above all else,' he thought, glancing at his carefully organized notes and documents spread across the table. Over the past ten months, he had documented the capabilities, affiliations, and even subtle social standing of nearly every prominent hero. With a combination of reconnaissance, information from hijacked networks, and subtle enchantments, he had created an extensive dossier on the so-called Pro Heroes, analyzing their quirks, behavior patterns, affiliations, and ranks. Their quirks, ranging from the grand to the peculiar, fascinated him. Many mirrored abilities he'd seen in Yggdrasil, albeit at a lesser scale, while others seemed almost trivial.

Pandora's Actor sat across from him, enraptured by their findings. He held a stack of documents with a reverent pride, rifling through pages with dramatic gestures that Momonga both appreciated and found mildly amusing.

"Momonga-sama!" Pandora's Actor exclaimed with a flourish, "I have categorized and cross-referenced each hero by ranking and capability. The most renowned figures here seem to garner a cult-like reverence!" His eyes sparkled with admiration and, predictably, a touch of theatricality.

Momonga inclined his head, silently thanking his emotional dampener, for he suspected that his loyal creation's fervor would otherwise be overwhelming. "Excellent work, Pandora's Actor. Your attention to detail will serve us well."

At the top of their list was the hero All Might, a title in itself, as if daring anyone to challenge his claim. Even by this world's unique standards, All Might stood as a symbol of power, admired and revered to a degree that transcended any single title. His quirk, "One For All," remained somewhat of an enigma even after extensive research, but it was undeniably potent, with his feats bordering on superhuman. Through surveillance and observation, Momonga estimated All Might's power level to be roughly equivalent to a Yggdrasil player of levels 60 to 70. Impressive by this world's standards, yet hardly insurmountable from his own perspective.

'Though strong, he doesn't seem invincible,' Momonga analyzed, flipping through a series of notes on All Might's public battles. 'His movements show an impressive physical strength, but they lack the finesse of a trained mage or strategist. His brute force is effective here, but in Yggdrasil, such tactics would have left vulnerabilities open.' It was a sobering realization, this world's most powerful figure, while impressive, was still bound by physical limitations and patterns that could be exploited.

Following All Might were the other Pro Heroes: Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, and so forth. Each had their own quirk, personality, and fighting style. Endeavor, for instance, wielded an intense fire quirk and operated with a drive that bordered on obsession, a powerful hero, though his methods and public persona created divisive opinions among civilians. Momonga found him intriguing, albeit predictable in his approach, driven by ego and a need to surpass All Might. Best Jeanist, meanwhile, exhibited a curious ability to manipulate fabric with expert precision, which spoke to a degree of creativity Momonga respected, though the quirk itself lacked versatility outside a controlled environment.
