The sound of clashing energy reverberated through the air as Haru’s shield slammed into the first wave of Zenith Circle members. The energy barrier flared with force, knocking back two students in a single strike. Haru’s heart pounded as he stood at the front, his body still vibrating with the orb’s raw power.

“Move!” Kai shouted, his voice cutting through the chaos. His fists crackled with electricity, surging with power as he darted toward the enemy.

Haru gritted his teeth, focusing on his next move. The Zenith Circle wasn’t going to go down without a fight. They had come prepared, and they were strong—stronger than Haru had anticipated.

But Haru was ready. The orb’s power was his, and he would wield it until his last breath.

“Let’s do this!” Aria cried, her shuriken-like weapon spinning in her hand, creating a whirlwind of force. She hurled it at an approaching Zenith Circle member, the top whistling through the air and striking her target dead center, sending him crashing into a tree.

Sena stayed back, her eyes sharp, calculating. She wasn’t as overtly offensive as the others, but her ability to analyze situations and strike at weaknesses was invaluable. She identified a gap in the enemy’s formation and shouted, “There! Attack from the right!”

Haru nodded in acknowledgment, his body pulsing with energy as he summoned a blast from the orb. He raised his hand, directing the beam of light directly at a group of five Zenith Circle members. The explosion sent them flying, their bodies crumpling upon impact with the ground.

But the battle was far from over. The Zenith Circle wasn’t backing down. More members emerged from the shadows, their faces cold with determination. They had numbers, and they had power.

A tall, imposing figure stepped forward, his dark eyes glinting with malice. His uniform marked him as one of their leaders—an elite warrior within the Circle. He raised his hand, and a wave of energy rippled through the air, pushing back Haru’s shield with ease.

“You think you can stand against us?” the leader sneered. “You’re nothing but a weakling. You’ll never control that power.”

Haru’s chest tightened. The leader’s words hit too close to home, but he refused to show weakness. He clenched his fists, the orb in his pocket pulsing with an unsettling rhythm.

“Then let’s see what happens when I unleash everything,” Haru muttered, his voice low but resolute.

Haru’s aura flared as he pulled the orb out, his energy skyrocketing. It wasn’t just raw power that surged through him—it was a connection, a bond between him and the orb. He closed his eyes, allowing the power to fill every cell of his being.

“Take this!” Haru roared, thrusting his hand forward. A massive shockwave erupted from him, knocking back anyone within a twenty-meter radius. The blast was so intense that the air itself seemed to ripple and twist around the force.

The Zenith Circle leader grinned, but it was short-lived. Haru’s power struck like a lightning bolt, hitting the leader square in the chest and sending him crashing to the ground.

“Impossible…” the leader gasped, struggling to rise.

But Haru wasn’t finished. His focus sharpened, and he surged forward, leaping into the fray with a new level of intensity. His shield formed again, but this time it was sharper, more defined. He hurled it like a spear, piercing through the ranks of the Zenith Circle and causing chaos among their lines.

Kai was in the thick of it too, his speed and electricity-based attacks leaving a trail of destruction. He moved faster than Haru could track, appearing in front of a Zenith Circle member and unleashing an electric punch that sent the student flying backward, his body crackling with electricity.
