It was the week before Christmas. Mariana had contacted Callie and asked if she wanted to go shopping. Just two weeks away from welcoming her and AJ’s first child, Callie initially begged off, but she couldn’t say no to Mariana.

Little did Callie know that going out with Mariana all part of her mothers’ plan.

The Adams Foster house was set up for a baby shower. A crib and car seat were in a corner of the room, and decorations were everywhere.

Stef and Lena stood with the boys in the living room.

“Remember, we want her back here by 3,” Stef instructed.

“Don't worry, everything is under control, Moms,” Jesus said.

“No offense, but every time you have a plan, it turns into a disaster,” Jude told his brother.

“Very funny,” Jesus said, playfully shoving his brother.

“Boys,” Lena warned.

“Sorry, Mama,” Jesus said.

“Are you picking the girls up?” Stef asked.

“Yeah,” Brandon said

Callie and her boyfriend, AJ Hensdale, had lived with Mike Foster, AJ's adopted dad, Brandon's dad, and Stef's ex-husband, until they could afford a place of their own.

“Okay, great!” Stef replied.

“Have fun, you guys,” Lena said.

Stef and Lena were getting their house ready for Callie's baby shower.

Stef was thinking back a few months ago when Callie and AJ had arranged for Brandon, Jesus, Mariana, Jude, Mike, his Wife and Jesus and Mariana’s biological mother Ana, Callie's biological father Robert Quinn, his wife Jill, and Callie’s sister Sophia to come to Stef and Lena’s house for dinner.

“She’s going to tell us something,” Lena mused. “I know it.”

“Like what, love?”

“Something big. Why else would she want everyone together?”

Everyone showed up.

“Okay, everyone. The reason everyone is here is, we have an announcement,” AJ said.

“I'm pregnant.”

Mariana and Sophia looked at Callie, suddenly running over and hugging her.

“What is it, a boy or a girl?” Mariana asked.

“You tell me.” Callie held out a pink handkerchief and gave it to her sister.

Mariana actually screamed. Everyone exploded in delight.

The moms laughed and hugged her tightly.

“That’s so great!” Lena gushed. “I can’t wait to meet her!”

“What's her name, love?” Stef asked.

“Colleen Francesca Hensdale Adams Foster.”

Lena gasped. “Francesca?”

“Yeah. She would’ve been my sister. It only feels right that her name lives on.”

“Oh, wow. That means so much to me,” She said. “Thank you so much.”

“You’re welcome.”

Brandon just thought of something. “Mom and Mama originally named Frankie after Grandpa so in a way you are too.”
