I looked at myself in the mirror. Today was the day. I am about to get married. I was in a black and red knee length dress, and no doubt Patrick is in his fedora. We had both decided on an untraditional wedding.

"Y/N, it's almost time," your maid of honor and bestfriend said.

I inhaled deeply as she left the room. People have been bothering both Patrick and I since we announced the wedding. I checked my phone again. More hate.

I put my phone away and decided not to think about it. Today should be the best day ever. Then why am I so sad?

"Wow..," I hear Patrick sigh behind me.

"You know it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding," I joked.

"I just couldn't help myself," he lightly kissed my neck. "And we both know you needed to see me before. You look stressed," Patrick rubbed my shoulders and hummed.

"Do we have to do this," I ask turning around.

"Mi amor, I know you are stressed about everyone in the media, but we love one another, and that is all that matters."

I look at his fedora, "Called it," I giggled.

"Now, soon to be Mrs. Y/N Stump, are you ready to get married?"

I nodded and he hugged me tightly.
