"Fear isn't found in the darkness-it's crafted by the one who waits within, watching, whispering, and daring you to find the courage to escape."

Jungkook POV:

A dull, throbbing pain greeted me as I struggled to open my eyes. Wincing, I tried to shake off the fog clouding my mind and, after a few attempts, managed to blink away the haze. My vision began to clear, though it revealed only darkness, deep and impenetrable.

I tried to turn my head, seeking some point of reference, but even that small movement sent sharp stings shooting through me. There was no light-no sign of anything, just an oppressive void. Slowly, the numbness that blanketed my body began to register, and with a sinking feeling, I realized I was bound. Chains clamped tightly around my wrists and held me against a cold, unforgiving chair.

Fear seeped into my bones as I strained to remember. How did I get here? Why am I here? With no answer forthcoming and panic settling in, I forced myself to move, to twist, to test the ropes binding my wrists. Desperation clawed at me, but then, suddenly, I heard the quiet creak of a door opening.

I froze, my eyes darting in the direction of the sound, though they found only darkness. The silence that followed was broken by slow, measured footsteps echoing across the floor. The air around me grew thick, an unsettling energy filling the room as the presence drew nearer. Even in the dark, I could feel eyes fixed upon me-intense, piercing, as if they saw right through to my soul.

A cold shiver ran down my spine as I waited, helplessly, wondering who this shadow in the dark might be-and what they wanted with me.

Author's POV:

The room lay still, shrouded in a silence so thick it felt like the walls themselves were holding their breath. Jungkook stood in the center, the emptiness pressing down on him, amplifying every beat of his heart. His gaze darted around, searching for any hint of life, but the darkness seemed to stretch endlessly, swallowing even the faintest light. Then, a low, dark chuckle sliced through the quiet, and he felt a shiver race down his spine, making his skin prickle.

His eyes locked onto a figure standing just ahead, half-hidden in shadows. The man's presence filled the room, heavy and unnerving, radiating a quiet menace. Every part of Jungkook's instincts screamed at him to run, but his feet felt rooted to the spot, his body betraying him as he stood frozen under the man's watchful gaze.

"Well... welcome, Mr. Little Jeon," the man drawled, his voice slow and deliberate, each word enunciated with an unsettling patience. The corners of his mouth twisted in a dark smile as he continued, "I hope we're... hospitalizing well."

Jungkook swallowed, unease tightening like a vice around his chest. There was something twisted in the man's tone, a feigned politeness laced with malice, as though he was savoring each word for its effect. Jungkook felt himself shrink under that gaze, the air between them thick with tension.

"Don't hesitate to let me know if you feel uncomfortable," the man added, mockingly polite. "It's our first priority to treat our guests nicely." His words echoed in the room, and Jungkook could almost hear the satisfaction dripping from them. The man's eyes gleamed as they stayed fixed on him, an unsettling intensity that made it hard to breathe.

"And cherry on top," the man continued, a sinister edge creeping into his voice, "you're our most precious little guest."

The final words sent a chill deeper than before, wrapping around Jungkook like a dark promise. They hung in the air, lingering with an eerie resonance, making his pulse thunder in his ears. Jungkook felt trapped, caught in a nightmare he couldn't escape.

In that moment, he knew one thing for certain: whatever he had stumbled into, he wasn't leaving it easily.

Jungkook felt a cold sweat prickling at his brow as he stared at the man before him, his heart hammering against his ribs. Every instinct told him to run, to get as far away from this place as possible, but his feet remained frozen to the ground.

The man's smirk widened as he watched Jungkook's growing discomfort. "Cat got your tongue, Mr. Little Jeon?" he mocked, his voice a silky whisper that dripped with amusement. "I expected a little more bravery from my 'precious guest.'" He leaned in closer, his face inches from Jungkook's, and Jungkook could feel the weight of the man's gaze, piercing through him like a blade.

Jungkook forced himself to breathe, to focus, to remember the words he'd managed to muster just a moment ago. "Who... are you?" he repeated, a little stronger this time, his voice shaking but determined. He needed answers, and he wasn't going to let this stranger intimidate him-no matter how unsettling he was.

The man chuckled, a low, sinister sound that sent another shiver down Jungkook's spine. "Who am I?" he repeated, as though the question amused him to no end. "I suppose it's only fair to introduce myself, since you're so curious." He paused, eyes glinting with dark delight. "But where's the fun in that? It's much more... exciting to let you figure it out."

Jungkook clenched his fists, frustration starting to chip away at his fear. "Enough games," he managed, his voice stronger than before. "Just tell me..Who you're and what you want from me."

Jungkook spoke seeing no way... He want to search for his parents...and save them because there's a piece of his heart which still feels that they're alive... He... He just need to find them and HE'LL FIND THEM..

The man's eyes narrowed, his smirk vanishing for a split second before he relaxed back into his twisted composure. "What I want?" he echoed, his voice a velvet murmur. "I want to see how brave you really are, Mr. Little Jeon. To see what you're willing to do when the stakes are high... when you have no choice but to face the darkness." He stepped back, his figure retreating into the shadows, yet his voice still echoed around the room.

"Consider this a... test," he continued, his voice fading, "a game where the only prize is survival. And remember, I'll be watching. Always."

Tick..
Tock...
Tick...
Tock...
Tick...
Time is clicking fast Little jeon...
Then that man disappeared into the dark.

The room seemed to swallow the last of his words as the shadows closed in, leaving Jungkook standing alone in the oppressive silence once more.

His mind raced, questions and fears tangling together, but one thing was clear-he was trapped in this man's game, and escape would be far from simple...
