Jayce exhaled: "So what are we gonna do about her?"
Viktor suggested: "We'll closely examine her in our lab."
Typical Viktor. Always thinking about science, experiments and examinations.

I cleared my throat: "Is that all you're gonna do?"
Viktor stuttered: "And we will also let you stay here. It's safe."
Jayce looked mad: "We can't let her stay! She might be dangerous!"
I exhaled: "And what exactly is dangerous about me, Jayce Talis?"

He gasped carefully: "How do you know my name?!"
Viktor just said: "I told you she's from another dimension."
Confused, Jayce exhaled: "So what?"
Viktor elaborated: "In her dimension, our world is just mere entertainment for people to watch. So of course y/n is familar with our names and some of what we've done."

Jayce looked at us in disbelief: "That's nonsense."
I sighed: "I'm aware it sounds like nonsense, Jayce. I wouldn't even believe myself either if I didn't see the two of you right in front of me right now."
Jayce sighed in exasperation: "I'm just gonna head out and go for a walk."
Jayce then turned to Viktor: "Watch her. Don't do anything careless, risky or stupid while I'm gone."
Viktor just nodded in response.

He shut the door while going outside and me and Viktor were just looking at each other.
Viktor stepped closer to me: "Are you still being in pain, y/n?"
I whispered: "No, it has gone by now. But... being in this body... feels false. Feels so strange too."
He carefully held my hand, feeling the cold arcane in his hand instead of warm flesh: "I'm certain it must be a huge adjustment to what you are used to."
I just nodded. Then, added: "Are you gonna examine me now?"

His face lit up carefully, eager to learn new things about the arcane: "If that is okay with you."
I said: "As long as the examination doesn't include you bringing me pain, I'm all on board."
He tilted his head: "Why would you even assume that?"

I stuttered: "I've seen your future, Viktor. Your illness will get worse and your morals will vanish slowly in pursuit of you trying to escape your death. But I'm sorry for my comment. You are quite far from losing your morals... yet."
His eyes widened: "You've seen... my future?"
I nodded.

He whispered while locking his eyes on mine: "What will happen to me?"
I start rambling: "If I tell you, wouldn't that change the future? Wait... haven't I already changed the future by already being here?"
He gave me a desperate look: "Please tell me what will happen."

I sighed: "Your Hextech devices with Jayce are gonna be a huge success in Piltover. They're gonna bring a lot of progress. But Jayce will be in the spotlight, you'll be... forgotten about. Your illness is gonna deteriorate. You're gonna cough up blood and pass out."
As I talk, his eyes keep widening.

I continue: "In desperation to escape death, you latch arcane onto your own body. First, your bad leg. You're gonna be able to run for the first time in your life. I won't continue. I'm already telling you too much."
He looked sad, disappointed about his future.

I touched his cheek carefully with my hand: "I'll try to change it. I don't want that future to happen to you. Believe me, you deserve better than that."
I felt small sparks in my hands building up and then I had the impulse to hug Viktor and to wrap my arms around his frail body. He was definitely caught off guard but he seemed to like it.

The sparks in my hands travel to my arms, to my chest, to all over my body.
Then, a whirlwind of sparks leaves my body and lands all over Viktor's skin. The sparks are spores of the arcane.

I then touch his cheeks again and carefully guide his lips to mine. I kiss him as passionately as I could. I felt how some of the arcane left my mouth to enter his. It was a lot. Even the spores on his skin were getting inside of his body as well. After a few minutes it looked like his whole body was glowing.

Suddenly, the door opened. It was Jayce again. He looked at us in terror. Viktor's body was still a spark and he saw us kissing when he had walked in so he knew he was in this condition because of me.
Furiously, he screamed: "What have you done?!?!"

I took a few steps back and Jayce pushed me against the wall: "HOW COULD YOU?! HE TRUSTED YOU!"
Then, we both heard a voice from behind of us: "And I still trust her."

Jayce turned his head to see Viktor and he audibly gasped loudly: "Viktor?"
Viktor was now looking much healthier, his leg was entirely healed, no trace of sickness and he even looked a couple of years younger.
Viktor smiled: "Yes it's me, Jayce. And I've never felt so... well before. And it's all thanks to y/n."
I looked at Viktor happily.

Jayce looked at me: "I'm sorry, y/n. I shouldn't have assumed..."
I reassured him: "It's alright, Jayce. You just wanted to watch out for Viktor and it's good to be sceptical about strangers in general. I understand."

Jayce took another look at Viktor: "You look so handsome."
Viktor blushed.
I smirked: "Oooh I like where this is going."
Viktor sneered: "Don't think this is going anywhere. Me and Jayce are just lab partners...-"
I smirked even more: "So just roommates, hmm?"
Jayce looked at me confused: "Roommates?"

Viktor frowned: "Perhaps there might have been some sort of special admiration at the start from my side towards him. But Jayce has never returned it."
Jayce blushed heavily: "Viktor, I had no idea."
Viktor sighed: "It doesn't matter now anyway. The feeling has faded."
Jayce frowned: "Why?"
Viktor just shrugged.

Jayce stormed out of the room in a hurry and slammed the door shut.
Viktor raised an eyebrow: "What might have gotten into Jayce?"
I smirked softly: "Maybe your little crush at him in the beginning wasn't unrequited like you assumed."

He blushed: "No need to call it a crush."
I inhaled: "So what would you call it, Viktor?"
He sighed: "I just admired his mind, his intelligence. Admired our shared Hextech dream."

I raised an eyebrow: "Say Viktor, do you ever fall in love?"
He chuckled: "Love? No! Not me. That's not really my thing, I'm afraid."
I frowned slightly: "Truly never?"

He nodds: "Does that disappoint you?"
I hummed: "Well I quite fancy you honestly. But if you aren't interested, that's okay."
He frowned: "Why would you... take a liking to me?"

I elaborate: "First of all, your high intelligence is attractive. Secondly, just look at yourself, you look hot. Third, your accent is cute. Fourth, your determination is really admirable and impressive. You're so strong-willed and you have such big ambitions."

He blushed: "Thank you, y/n. I must say I find myself quite enchanted by your figure as well."
I raised an eyebrow and put my hand on his cheek again: "Is it the arcane that draws you to me?"
He came closer, so close his lips were right in front of mine: "Perhaps at the start. But there is something about you, that makes me feel a way that I haven't really felt before."
