Jacques Delacroix was born in Paris, France, on May 6, 1996, to a mother who was a judge and a father who was a policeman. This ended up making him a very disciplined, respectful and polite child, but at the same time very determined, even getting together with his friends to defend his elementary and high school classmates from bullies, becoming someone who took justice into his own hands with the motto "If the teachers don't do anything, we'll do it ourselves." He did this regardless of his mother's scolding, threats or worries, since his father saw in this action an indomitable determination and a huge sense of responsibility. Despite this, he was a very humble person, who always saw himself as one more, and not as a pseudo vigilante. At the age of 16, he arrived with his parents to the city of Okayama, this for a better opportunity in life, on television he would watch the BC Freedom games and the conflicts between the two factions, something that made him angry, he wanted to do something, to change that team to be the best version of himself, and his opportunity would come soon. It is the year 2014, the first mixed tournament was going to be held, and Jacques, equipped with his strategic and legal knowledge, was one of the first men to go to BC Freedom.

When the command arrived, one of the AMX-13 that arrived for the tournament, and on that same day he would meet Ruka Oshida where Jacques' orderly, confident and humble personality fell well to the French blonde, even to the point of taking her home in his car. The next day she saw an argument between Ruka and Rena, this because Rena kept the other AMX-13 and Ruka thought she was going to hurt someone, the argument grew to the point where Jacques yelled to end the argument, and confronted both of them for not resolving their disputes maturely. This ended up making both of them embarrassed when they were discovered. Jacques got tired of all the problems, discrimination and corruption of the team and knew he had to do something about it. With Ruka's help he grabbed a spare riot suit, a sheet of paper and got to work. This radical action even made Ruka think, believing it was a joke, but Jacques' expression of absolute seriousness made her realize he was very serious. Using his political knowledge inherited from his judge mother and his fondness for order inherited from a policeman father, he wrote a constitution from scratch, thus giving birth to the constitution "Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité", based on its counterpart from the French Revolution. In the middle of a protest between both factions, he would arrive equipped with his riot gear and shield and stand in front of both factions. With the constitution done, he would read it out loud in front of both factions, and sharply silence anyone who interrupted him.

Some of their laws were:

-Any privilege of blood or servitude will be removed.

-All members will be treated equally regardless of faction.

-Any discrimination towards another faction will be judged and penalized.

-Anyone who shoots another team's tank in the middle of a match will be expelled and punished.

-Study materials and Sensha-dō will be available to any faction.

-Tanks will not be distributed depending on faction.
