It's been a week since you moved back. Things had settled in quickly. Seungmin and you spent a lot of time together. You were always together, just like the old days.

Seungmin and you both went out. For the most part it was just you two until Hyunjin joined you later on and had even brought Chan along so you could meet him. Chan was a bit older than both Seungmin and Hyunjin.

Chan was really sweet to you. He had an old soul which you liked. You felt comfortable around him just like with Hyunjin.

Within the past week, you have gotten to know Hyunjin. You thought he was a cool guy. He wasn't like any of the other guys you've ever met.

Right off the bat you could tell the boys were a unit. Chan was the leader. His words are pretty much law. They had each other. Everybody had someone yet you felt like you had nobody. You wished Aera was here, able to meet the boys.

Though, you were sure you'd have to keep her away from Hyunjin. He had already been asking if you had any attractive friends which made you roll your eyes.

Chan had warned you Hyunjin could be a bit of a romantic but he was that way with other girls too. Hyunjin said he wasn't though. You wondered why he was like that with you. You also wondered if he'd be the same with Aera.

Finally meeting Chan for the first time you didn't understand why everyone thought he was intimidating. Maybe he looked and acted differently when he used to work with Seungmin.

Clearly that part of him washed off since he became friends with Hyunjin, Seungmin, and Han.

You became good friends with Chan almost immediately. Seungmin enjoyed that you had become good friends with Chan and Hyunjin, but didn't enjoy how they were always trying to hang out with you and not invite him.

When Seungmin was busy Hyunjin was always with you. You enjoyed his company. Hyunjin was the first boy besides Seungmin that actually paid attention to you.

You worked at the local bakery, just a few minutes away from Seungmin's house. You'd watch tons of friend groups walk in, smiles always on their faces, telling jokes, just goofing around.

It always reminded you of you and Seungmin as kids, always goofing around, making each other laugh or annoyed.

The boys would always stop by and visit you at the bakery since you gave them discounts. They'd always ask the same question, "Do you wanna join us after work?"

You felt they needed their own time, without you. They were a trio before you came back. You didn't wanna ruin it or join in on it. They had a good thing going. You always said you would join them next time, but never did.

When they'd leave you looked like a baby, lips pouted as you watched them walk away to their adventure.

On the way out Seungmin would turn around and tease you. You couldn't help but laugh at him. Over his shoulder, Hyunjin would give you a quick, yet sweet smile. And that was it. You were in love.

You started hanging out with Hyunjin more than with Seungmin. You hadn't noticed. But Seungmin was also always gone somewhere every time you showed up at his house. His mom would let you in and you'd stay a while before you left.

Then like Hyunjin just knew, he'd call you to hang out. Sometimes Chan would tag along but most times it was just you two. Things started to be weird with Seungmin. But also with Hyunjin and Seungmin's friendship.

A weird thought crept into your head. Was it possible they were jealous of each other? Because they, like, had feelings for you? Could that ever be? You doubted it. You were like a sister to both of them. You knew that. Only, you weren't.
