When he is well known photographer, who is absolutely obsessed with butterflies but you have fear of Lepidopterophobia ------ ✯ ✯✯ ------
Butterflies such vibrant, alluring and elegant creatures who flutter around beautifying nature just by leeching onto flowers, sucking sweet nectar and spreading pollen as their dainty wings flap in the wind.
The symbol of one's soul, eternal life, purity and immortality, with such symbolism they hold it's hard to see any bad related to them.
In almost every fairytale illustration or movie it's impossible not to see a butterfly perched on the princess' finger or fluttering its delicate wings in her hair.
They really are a sight to see, no wonder Kim Taehyung loves them so much.
As far as he could remember he was always fascinated by them so much so that he begged his mother for a book about them for his birthday, his eyes twinkled in delight and a squeal escaped his lips when he received it.
As taehyung grew up his love for butterflies did too, he took up photography and captured their elegance in all the best ways possible.
Now Taehyung is an acclaimed photographer with his own art exhibit in Seoul dedicated to butterflies, annually he holds an event to display his newest creations at the beginning of spring that people from far and wide gather to see.
The studio was prepared with a wall of thick green bush filled with blooming flowers and other small plants that were well tended for by staff. The room was bathed in darkness except for a small lap near a case with butterflies.
Taehyung carefully placed them onto the bush wall until he was satisfied, rushing over to his camera he switched the lap off and peered through the lens of the camera finding the right angle before taking a picture.
Dropping in the brown leather chair in his office, Taehyung ran his hand through his curly brown locks and let out a sigh in frustration as he examined the photos he had taken.
Taehyung slammed his computer shut in irritation and took off his glasses, placing his head onto his desk groaning, "I take you didn't like any of the photos you took today?" Yoongi acknowledged, as he entered the office, placing a cut of iced coffee on Taehyung's table.
"I don't know what it is, hyung. every single concept i come up with for the photo shoot, i've either done it before or i hate the turn out." Taehyung fumed, taking a sip of his icy drink.
"You're being too critical with your work. in my opinion, all the pieces we've done this week came out great." he assured the younger.
"That's the problem!'' Taehyung whined, "I don't want them to be great, I want them to be amazing. it's the fifth year we've been holding this event and a lot of important art critics are coming an-"
"And i want them to walk in the exhibit and be speechless." Yoongi finished chuckling knowing his best friend too well, "I knew you'd say that so i did some research and found a place i think you'll like."
Yoongi fished his phone out of his pocket quickly scrolling before he showed Taehyung the post on instagram, "Woah this amazing, hyung. Where is this?"
"it's called flower valley and it's in busan. Everyone in the comment section said it's more beautiful in person, especially around this time."
"I need to go there, right away." Taehyung started hopping out of his chair, grabbing his bag and camera rushing out of the office.
Yoongi rushed after the younger boy hopping into the elevator just before it closed, "Slow down, I already bought us train tickets to get there tomorrow at six o'clock."
"Why don't we just take a plane there? it's only about three hours and it's almost six hours by train." Taehyung questioned.
"I know but I thought it would be better to go by train because there are a lot of scenic views that you won't be able to see from a plane. I want you to get your creative juices flowing before we get there.'' Yoongi explained.
"I just hope that I'll find the inspiration I'm looking for in Busan." taehyung responded.
