Kamen Rider Avian: Season 2, Episode 6 – "The Ladies' Bird"

Opening Scene:

(The sun is shining over the village as Alaric walks through the marketplace, looking a little out of his element. He’s wearing a new outfit, a little more stylish than usual, and trying to act confident, but his nervous energy is palpable. His friends, Niko, Wren, and Cira, spot him from a distance and start laughing.)

Niko (teasing):
"Well, well, well. Look at Mr. Cool now. Alaric, the ladies’ bird, huh?"

Alaric (blushing furiously, adjusting his collar):
"I—I’m just trying something new! You know… to look… um, presentable."

Cira (laughing):
"Presentable? Alaric, you look like you’re trying to start a new fashion trend."

Alaric (mumbling, avoiding eye contact):
"I don’t know what’s happening! It’s just that… ever since I started dating Lyra, I feel like I’m constantly getting attention from everyone!"

Wren (grinning):
"Hey, maybe you are the ladies’ bird now. All the girls must be flocking to you."

Alaric (groaning):
"Please don’t say it like that! I can barely keep up with Lyra. She’s always so confident. I’m the one who’s shy!"

(The friends laugh, and Niko gives Alaric a playful nudge.)

Niko:
"Relax, Alaric. You’re doing fine. Just don’t get too used to all the attention, alright?"

Scene 1: The Market

(Alaric continues walking through the market, nervously trying to avoid any eye contact with the girls in the area. However, there’s one girl who walks up to him. She’s a bright red cardinal, her feathers a vibrant contrast to Alaric’s blue. She greets him with a confident smile.)

Cardinal Girl (smiling):
"Hey, Alaric! I saw you earlier, and I have to say… you look amazing today!"

(Alaric freezes, caught completely off guard. His face turns red, and he stammers awkwardly.)

Alaric (shyly):
"Th-thanks! I… uh… I’m just… trying something new, you know."

Cardinal Girl (playfully):
"Well, it’s working. Maybe you should come by the market more often."

(Alaric is about to respond when suddenly, Lyra appears in the background, walking toward them with a big grin on her face. She sees the interaction and crosses her arms, clearly amused.)

Lyra (teasing):
"Well, well, well. Looks like my boyfriend’s becoming a real heartbreaker, huh?"

(Alaric’s eyes widen as he quickly turns to Lyra, feeling embarrassed.)

Alaric (nervously):
"I wasn’t doing anything! She just… came up to me! I didn’t—"

Lyra (laughing):
"Relax, Alaric. I’m just messing with you. You look good. I like the new look."

(Alaric’s face turns bright red as the Cardinal Girl laughs and walks off, leaving him to process the situation. Lyra steps closer to him, still chuckling.)

Lyra (teasing):
"You're the ladies' bird now, huh? I never thought I’d see the day."

Alaric (mumbling):
"I’m not! I’m just… shy, okay?"

Lyra (playfully ruffling his feathers):
"You’re so cute when you’re shy. But I think it’s kind of adorable that all the girls are noticing you."

Scene 2: The Training Grounds

(Alaric and Lyra train together at the training grounds, but it’s clear Alaric is distracted. He’s constantly glancing around as if expecting more girls to show up. Lyra notices and stops, placing a hand on his shoulder.)

Lyra (teasing):
"Alaric, I think you’re a little more distracted than usual. What’s going on? Are you trying to avoid all the attention?"

Alaric (groaning):
"I swear, Lyra, ever since we started dating, it’s like the whole village has their eyes on me. I can’t go anywhere without someone noticing!"

Lyra (laughing):
"Hey, don’t act like it’s a bad thing. You’re looking good. You deserve it."

Alaric (frustrated):
"But I don’t know how to handle it! I’m still the same awkward guy. I didn’t change!"

Lyra (smiling sweetly):
"Alaric, you don’t need to change. Just be yourself. I like you for who you are."

Alaric (sighing in relief):
"Thanks, Lyra. That helps. You always know what to say."

Scene 3: The Dinner Date

(That evening, Alaric and Lyra head to a small café for dinner. Alaric is still feeling nervous, but Lyra keeps him grounded. As they sit down to eat, the waiter—a young sparrow—gives them both a friendly nod and a smile. Alaric notices how the waiter keeps glancing at him, and his nerves start to spike again.)

Lyra (noticing Alaric’s discomfort):
"Alaric, you okay? You’re acting like you’re about to get mobbed."

Alaric (nervously):
"It’s just… I feel like everyone’s watching me now. I don’t know what to do about it."

Lyra (smiling gently):
"You’re overthinking it. It’s okay. I’m here with you."

(She gently holds his hand across the table, and Alaric visibly relaxes. The waiter comes back, and this time, Alaric doesn’t react nervously.)

Waiter (smiling):
"Is everything okay? Would you like dessert or a refill?"

Alaric (calmly, with a small smile):
"Actually, yes. A refill would be great, thank you."

(Lyra raises an eyebrow at Alaric’s calm demeanor, clearly impressed. As the waiter walks away, she leans forward.)

Lyra (playfully):
"Looks like someone’s getting used to being the ladies’ bird after all."

Alaric (laughing nervously):
"Don’t tease me, Lyra. I’m still figuring it out."

Lyra (grinning):
"You’re doing great. And you’ve got me on your side, right?"

Alaric (smiling shyly):
"Yeah. You’re the best, Lyra."

Scene 4: The Walk Home

(After dinner, Alaric and Lyra walk through the village, heading back to Alaric’s house. The moonlight casts a soft glow over them, and Alaric finally seems to relax, not as worried about the attention.)

Lyra (grinning):
"You know, Alaric, even though you’re getting all this attention, I still think you’re the sweetest guy around. I like that you’re not trying to be someone you’re not."

Alaric (blushing, looking down):
"I don’t really know how to be anything else. I just want to make sure you’re happy."

Lyra (smiling warmly):
"And you do. Just keep being you, Alaric. That’s all I need."

(They walk in comfortable silence for a moment, the quiet night air between them. Alaric feels more confident now, knowing that no matter what, Lyra accepts him for who he is.)

Epilogue:

(Alaric arrives home, and his friends are waiting outside. They see the big grin on his face and immediately start teasing him.)

Niko (laughing):
"Well, look who’s got his confidence back! How’s it feel, Mr. Popular?"

Alaric (laughing awkwardly):
"I’m not popular! I’m just trying to figure things out."

Wren (grinning):
"Sure, sure. The ladies’ bird is still figuring things out."

Cira (laughing):
"Looks like we’re going to need a new nickname for you. Alaric ‘the Heartthrob’?"

Alaric (groaning):
"Stop! Just stop."

(They all laugh together, and Alaric can’t help but smile. He’s still a little shy, but with Lyra by his side, maybe he’s starting to feel more comfortable in his own feathers.)
