'This is berk its 12 days north of hopeless And a few degrees south of freezing to death. My village in other words, where I live is sturdy. Its been here for 7 generations but every single building is new. We have fishing and hunting and a churning view of the sunsets the only problems are the pests. See most places have mice or mosquitos but we have DRAGONS! Most people would leave. Not us we're vikings we have stubbornness issues. My names Cassandra Hygard and I am the daughter of Astrilde and Finn Hygard I have 4 brothers and 1 sister, my best friend is Astrid we are best friends ever since birth we have never be separated you'll always see one with the other.
Our chief of the tribe is the mighty Stoick the vast, they say that when he was a baby he popped a dragons head right off its shoulders do I believe it? Totally! Ugh looks like he's talking to hiccup again Now one thing you need to know me and Astrid HATE hiccup he is a mess he has brown hair and brown eyes and is EXTREMELY skinny that he looks unhealthy. He is a catastrophe. Whenever he steps outside chaos follows, he's like a walking disaster and he's annoying. And he is the chiefs son. He always would stare at us as we did our job in the raids. By "us" I mean my friends that is Ruffnut, Tuffnut (twins also mutton heads) Both blonde long hair and grey eyes slightly on the skinny side. Snotlout - black hair silver eyes pale skinmed exat build of a viking and extremely self absorbant and constantly trying to get Astrids and my attention ugh talk about gross. Fishlegs is how do I put this? a bit on the fat side, actually a lot. He has blond hair but very little and grey eyes and the know it all(if its from me he talks too much). Astrid my bestie: she has blonde hair and blue eyes her behaviour is as sharp as her looks if anyone makes her mad its a death sentence. And me Cassandra also known as Cassy or Cas to friends. You can call me Cas I have reddy brown hair and green eyes and tiny strands of my hair look gold in the sunlight and I have freckles on my nose. We are all 15.'
"FIRE" Some one yelled.
"Cas come on" Astrid hurried.
Cas quickly filled a bucket with water and lugged it over as fast as she could throwing it over the fire when she turned around she saw hiccup not just that he was staring at her.
"Ugh" she said
"What?" Astrid asked
They had finished stopping the fire now so they could talk.
"Hiccup was-" Cassandra started.
"UGH" Astrid said.
"I know right" Cassy replied
"Any way whats was he doing?" Astrid asked.
"Staring again" Cas said.
"Ew" Astrid said scrunching up her nose in disgust.
There was a loud thud. And I saw one of the fire posts fall.
"NOOOO! We just finished putting out the fire" Cas yelled.
"I bet you Hiccups behind this" Astrid said.
They walked over to where the destruction took place and hey presto guess who it was.
"Ugh. You were right. Not that I am surprised though only someone like hiccup could create that sort of mess," Cas said.
"Yeah," Astrid agreed.
Astrid and Cassandra walked over to where they could see their other friends and watched what was happening from afar. Apparently Hiccup shot down a night fury. Cas scoffed.
"Yeah as if that happened" Cas said.
"Yeah hiccup cant even lift a wepon how can he hit a night fury?" Astrid said.
Stoick then did a full blown speech on the spot to hiccup. Cas zoned out ignoring this cause she heard it so many times before already.
Cas saw hiccup walking by and started braiding Astrid's hair.
She heard Tuffnut say "Quite the performance!"
And Cas just rolled her eyes.
Astrid ignoring everyone except her best friend kept on sharpening her axe.
Snotlout said "I never saw someone mess up that bad"
Cas snicked under her breath so only Astrid would hear her. Astrid heard and smiled still sharpening her axe as Gobber pushed Snotlout to the side, hand on his head. Cas laughed at this making Astrid chuckle as snotlout almost fell over.
The dragons were gone so they could go home now.
Astrid and Cassandra walked back home to their houses which were next to each other so they were neighbours.
"Night cass" Astrid said yawning.
"Night Astrid" Cas smiled.
They waved going into their houses.
