Chapter 6: Sweet words and panic!

After the whole fiasco that happened Lucy ended up getting more harassed each day. They nonstop bothered her and everyone started laughing and taunting her for being ugly. The blonde wanted to disappear and never return again. Minerva glared at her with a broken nose along with the rest of the popular girl groups. Yukino somewhat felt guilty for the incident while Sorano on the other hand was not. Meredy continued to stalk Natsu and Ultear kept spreading rumors that the female paid the English teacher fifty bucks to sleep with her and every guy who cared about her making her out to be a gold digger. Capricorn dropped by and watched making sure they do no harm assigned as a bodyguard.

"Lu-chan! Lucy-San! Lucy-Nii!" Levy, Wendy and Romeo raced over to her. They were concerned and Cana raised her fist at the snobby wenches making them flinch and turn away. Mirajane hugged Lucy close to her as the golden haired cried her eyes out. She was shaking and today they had a math quiz. "Mira...!" "Shhh... it's okay!" She reassured her. They all join the hug giving comforting words.

"We have a quiz today... I'm not ready! I went on a date yesterday and forgot to study! I should've crammed it all in my head the night before!!" The small bluenette yelled in frustration. "I'm a probably bomb it since I was at the doctors getting my head examined!" The brunette said smiling lightly. "Are you feeling okay?" Wendy asked her while Romeo left to go to art class kissing her cheek. His schedule changed. She blushed waving him off.

"Did you two bang yet?" "N-No! I-I'm still a v-virgin...!" "Heehee! I'm fine. It was just a stupid fight! She's a weakling barely put a scratch on me! I'm just glad to see Lucy's here!" Cana smiled pulling the girl into a hug. Lucy felt happy she had supportive friends like them. Juvia waves at them going to her first period class AP English. Loke saw the interaction and wanted to be apart of their circle.  He walked over to them and introduced himself. "Thanks, everyone. I'm sorry about all this." "Hey, lovely ladies! I'm Loke Celestial! Would you mind if I join your team? I have always liked Lucy but never got the chance to get closer! To any of you really! I will do my best to protect you as your knight and shining armor!" The ginger stated with sincere words and they all laughed welcoming him in. "I'll see to it that you do! I don't like playboys though." His expression fell flat as if she just struck him with an arrow and the heart shattered comically.

"Welcome to the family Mr. Way with words! We better hurry on inside for English!" Levy instructs them all heading in through the doors. Mr. Dragneel pulled up in his new ride blasting Life is a highway turning off his engine. He pressed the flame button on his car keys to lock it. Mr. Fullbuster parked his vehicle and they bickered about who arrived first. Natsu's fangirls cheer waving and Gray's as well.

"Good morning, Mr. Dragneel and Gray-Sensei!" The bookworm greeted her teachers as they smile. "Morning! You guys should be going now! I hope you kids studied for your mathematics quiz! I saw what was on it jeez, it gave me a freakin' headache!" Natsu scrunched his eyebrows and made a face. "That's today?!" Lucy shouted in horror she didn't study. "I'll see you all in a bit!" He says worried for her. The rest of them groaned not prepared.

"Settle down now! Did everybody do the homework? If not you will get a zero. I'm not accepting any more late work. You've had plenty of time to do your assignments. No excuses." Natsu stated projecting his voice and some of the males turned they stuff in while others took the zero not even trying. He sighed in his head he expected better. "Since you guys have a quiz next period I'll let you use this remainder of class to study for it! Trust me it's not an easy one! We'll start the lesson tomorrow but with a trivia game as well. You can take out your cellular device but ONLY for music if I see Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat I'm taking it! Capeesh?!" He sternly informs his postgraduates.
