It's complete fiction, it has mentions of suicide, emotional health, violence, death, a bit of flirting (fine, quite a lot of it) and some stolen kisses here and there! The characters are between the ages of 15-16 so there will be a lot of swearing, and everything that being in your teenage years includes.
