"Kadden, Get up! You're going to be late for your brother’s graduation!"My mother yelled from the bottom of the stairs I groaned standing up, pulling my phone out from underneath my pillow, looking at the clock. I stretched out my tightened muscles, gritting my teeth. Walking slowly to the bathroom, looking in the mirror. My black hair was matted, I had a Monroe piercing, and my eyes were a bright blue with a hint of grey. I sighed rubbing them, trying to pull the sleep off of my sore eyes. Turning on the shower, I undressed out of my night clothes, climbing into the shower. An instant wave of relief washed over me. I scrubbed myself down with body wash, scrubbing shampoo into my hair. I rinsed off, climbing out. I dried myself off, brushing out my hair. I swept my bangs across my forehead, beginning to blow dry my hair how I would normally have my hair placed. Applying my normal dose of make up onto my slight pale skin, I was more scene, emo type. I had the entire look down, by the time I was 16 My hair hung down my back, touching the center. I walked out to my closet, I pulled on a white dress with a black bow hanging from the back. I grabbed my white pumps, sliding them on.  I grabbed my iPhone, with my bag, turning off the lights walking downstairs to see my mother and father chatting cheerfully. My brother Drew was in his black suit playing his video games.

"When are we leaving?" I questioned grabbing an orange juice out of the fridge.

"We can now that you’re ready." My mother smiled towards me.

"Yeah, why do you got to take so long Kadden?" My brother snorted turning the television off.

"Just because I want too." I began to walk to the door, listening to my family follow behind. I stepped outside, looking around at the other houses. My mother passed by me unlocking the car. My brother and I sat in the back. He had black hair like I did, his eyes were identical to mine. He had a similar look to mine. My mother began to drive towards our desitination.

"So, after this let’s grab a bite to eat?" My father asked breaking the silence.

"Sure. Drew, aren't you going to be freshmen?" I looked at him, flipping my chopped bangs again.

"Yeah, I wish you were still in high school." He looked at me, with a small smile.

"Same here lil' bro, same here." I patted his chopped, messy hair.

My mother shortly arrived at the graduation ceremony. Drew and I got outside of the car. He was quite when people were congratulating him. I watched people pass by eyeing him for awhile, tapping my nails against my pale phone case.

"Drew, what's wrong?" I stood in front of him, not losing my focus on him.

"Just not up to big events like this Kadden, you know me." He looked up at me.

"Yeah. I’ll be right here though." I looked around, noticing a male about my age, standing next to a few others. My eyes wouldn't leave him, he was like a magnet. His body was so toned; his jeans hugged his legs perfectly. A smile sprung from its resting position. He was talking about something, I felt butterflies sprout when he laid his eyes on me. His talking slowed to a stop, his friends around him caught his vibe, looking directly at me. For some odd reason my feet began to walk towards him. I pulled some of my hair over my shoulder. Stopping in front of the four, I watched his smile push up. His eyes were a pale blue, with a hint of green.

"Hey, I'm Kadden. I think I recognize you but I'm not sure" Words just began to spit out of my mouth. I couldn’t control my eyes, I roamed his body, biting my lip.

"Well hello, I'm Andy." His voice was crisp and deep sounding, made me melt with the name.

"It's nice to meet you, do live around here?" I shifted my weight holding my phone and my purse. My eyes wouldn't leave him, they roamed his body intently even more.

"Uh no, I was asked by an old friend to perform here tonight." He ran his fingers across his chest in a scratching motion.

"Oh! Ha my bad." I gave a sheepish smile, my cheeks flaming.

"Eh your fine. I can't believe a girl like you would notice me out of all these pretty boys." All I could do was laugh, and cover my face.

"Pretty boys, are too pretty for me. I like the bad boys, you just happened to catch my eye"

"Oh? I did, did I?" His eyes were captivating. I heard clapping and people beginning to sit down. I looked at them and back at my brother. I shrugged, walking to my brother, feeling Andy's eyes on me.

--

"Now! We have a hometown superstar that has agreed to perform tonight! Please put your hands up for Andy!"

My heart sank watching him walk onto stage.
