The new student is...?

NO ONE'S POV

"Ummm... Ms. Starring... You can let go of him now." Ms. Evans said, trying to pry off Laura's arms from the person she was latched to, when she finally let go, the new student had turned to the rest of the class. "Well, would you like to introduce yourself?" Ms. Evans asked.

"Alex. Alex Starring. Yes, I'm related to Laura, I'm her older fraternal twin by 8 minutes. Any questions?" He said with a dull tone. Everyone had broken into gasps, mutters, chatters and began to gossip commenting and comparing Laura and Alex. Laura and Alex had the same shade of light golden brown hair, but their eyes were different- Laura had forest green eyes like her mother, whereas Alex had mysteriously attracting grey eyes that he had inherited from his father. So, as everyone was chatting about Alex and his apparently' good looks (Alex: Soooo... I'm not considered handsome or cool at least? Author: You do have some, but I just wanted to write that, so that's what happened. Alex: Yaaaaay!!!! I'm a cool brother *happy face* Author: Was that the first time he ever smiled in his life? Laura: No. That's his.... *starts counting her fingers* 9th time!!! It's almost going to be his 10th smile! I need to tell Mum and Dad... They going to have to prepare a party... *Goes off* Author: ONLY 9??!! Oh, well. Congrats on your 9th smile, Alex!!! Alex: *stops smiling* Thanks...?) Was anyone wondering what happened after all the boring talk about Alex? (I doubt that anyone actually did) 

After that, the classmates were interrupted as Ms. Evans silenced them and told them to introduce themselves. Once everyone was introduced, Ms. Evans had allowed the students to talk to the new student when she had let him sit down. Florence (the girl that said that she was too good to be in the fashion industry) strode towards Alex when all the students had crowded around Alex and pushed through all the students in her way before she stood in front of Alex. She then grabbed his chin and turned it side to side, examining him before letting out a haughty sigh. "I don't understand. How are you related to that peasant?", Florence questioned arrogantly, as she pointed at Laura, sending her a look of disgust, "You two look nothing alike. You have a regal aura, whereas that thing is more... shameful, disgraceful and loathsome." She carried on. The second time Alex spoke was after Florence finished.

 "I hope those insults weren't directed at my sister right?" Alex asked malice flooding in his voice, as he kept a smile that looked forced on his face.

"Your sister? Who's that?" Florence asked.

"My sister? You didn't know? It's Laura Starring. You don't know her? She's sitting right next to me. Can't you see?" Alex explained, putting a hand over Laura's shoulder, the malice in his voice strengthening and the smile plastered

"That thing is YOUR SISTER??!!! That's not possible, I mean, it's obvious that- that- that peasant couldn't possibly be you sister. After all, didn't she bribe the headmaster and Eren to hang out with her and isn't she the one that stopped that from hitting that boy? Why would you even want to hang out with that?" Florence rambled.

"Are you done yet?" Alex asked. Florence felt embarrassed- and ashamed- which made her cheeks become tainted with a dark red blush.

"You- You... It's all your fault!!! How dare you make him shame me, Florence Kingsworth?" Florence screeched, lifting a hand up to slap Laura (for pretty much no reason than to just blame her for it and Where is the teacher in this?).

"What was you about to do?" Eren and Alex said at the same time, a unsaid threat of pain lingering in their voices, as Eren grabbed Florence's hand and Alex had stood up, ready to stop the hit from reaching Laura. When Eren was sure that Florence wasn't going to hit Laura anymore, he let go of her wrist, while she gave Laura a glare that would scare any normal person, but Laura had countered it with her own glare that would make someone wish that they were dead with the amount of hatred residing in her eyes, making Florence flinch before she snapped her head away- walking towards her seat.

"Eren, Alex thank you from stopping her from dealing any harm to me." Laura said, solemnly. The two boys nodded before they looked at each other, trying to see what kind of person they are. 

Eren's thoughts

So this is Laura's brother? He's sooo protective of Laura... What do I do if he finds out that I kissed Laura? Sooo... He's either gonna beat me until I'm unconscious OR he's gonna let me do whatever. My guess is the first one.

Alex's thoughts

So this play boy is Eren? He's the one that took advantage of my precious little sister? Looks like I have some business with this little... 

Out of Alex's thoughts

Laura could see that Alex was shaking in... anger? And that meant that he was having bad thoughts, so she did the most sensible thing and slapped this cheek just enough to make it hurt a little to bring him out of his thoughts and told him, "No swearing. You know how mum would react. If she doesn't do anything, then you will have to answer me..." making him shudder at the thought of his Mother's wrath and Laura's together. Once you see or experience that, you will never be the same again. Alex told Laura that he was going to talk with Eren, which made her agree, but she felt a twinge of suspicion rise from her instincts. When she agreed, Alex grabbed Eren by the collar and dragged him out of the classroom. 

The next day, gossip about Eren, Alex and Florence was out, sending the whole school into an uproar.
