It's been a week since rimuru has met twilight and currently he was standing infront of veldanava

Rimuru:"So, what's do i have to do as your successor"

Veldanava:"Nothing really, just look after every universe i have created,mostly this world and make sure that none of the races go extinct"

Rimuru:"That's not too bad, how many universe are their?"

After reaching the dwelling of spirits he goes inside where he saw ramiris talking with spirits

He walked away from blushing ramiris and sat down on a chair

??:'I am velzard the white ice dragon and the one who is tasked with watching you"
